Conversations with Angels
Chapter 16
19 June 2006
Glenn and Jill cleanse their bodies with colour vibration
It's Monday and we've decided to start our week of colour cleansing. Whilst it may seem an easy task, to meditate twice a day for half an hour or so, each time; the busy schedules of our material life make this very difficult. Still; we've decided to commit to this and follow Archangel Metatron's bidding.
The purpose of these meditations is to cleanse the body and re-align the energies in the body to promote cell re-generation, so that the cells operate at their optimum health ability.
Jill and I sat down on sun lounge chairs, on the grass in the back garden. This is ideal to connect to the earth. It's very important that your feet are connected to the earth. If the weather isn't pleasant enough to be able to do this, you can do it indoors, so long as your building is attached to the earth. If you're in a house boat, you're not 'grounded' or 'earthed'.
We sat upright, rather than laid back, so that our meditation had less chance of drifting into sleep.
Jill explained what we had to do.
This is how she put it:
Jill: Close your eyes and breathe deeply, just as in a meditation. Fill your stomach with air and sense the gap between the inhale and the exhale of air. When you are calm, visualise a tube extending from between your legs, pushing down into the earth, until you can't push it any further.
Glenn: What kind of tube? How big is it?
Jill: about four to six inches diameter; flexible.
Now, you have to appreciate that one of Jill's greatest weaknesses is appreciating size. Ask her what three feet looks like and she doesn't have a clue. This is not me being chauvinistic. She'll tell you herself. So work with me with the size and you'll see how this pans out.
Glenn: When you say between your legs, where exactly do you mean?
Jill: The part between your bum and your genitals.
Glenn: Do you mean your taint?
Jill: Taint? What do you mean?
Glenn: Some people call it a 'taint'; 'cos it ain't your arse and it ain't your dick. It's in between. :)
Jill: Funny, funny!(Derisory.)
Glenn: Is it transparent or opaque?
Jill: Transparent, so you can see the colours flow through it.
Glenn: Does it have a fixed end or an open end, because if it has an open end, it's just going to fill with earth.
Jill: OK close the end if you wish. The colours are energy which your tube will soak up.
Glenn: How do I get it to go into the ground? From the way I'm sitting, it will probably shoot off over the top of the grass.
Jill: Bend it. It's flexible.
Glenn: How will I know when it's gone in far enough so that it won't go in any further?
Jill: You'll know! When it's in the ground far enough, choose a colour and draw the colour into the tube and continue drawing it so that it fills the tube and starts to fill your body. Imagine that the colour is energy being drawn into your body. Let it fill the whole of your body, just like fluid would; finishing at the top of your head. Hold it there for a while to re-energise your body cells. Then let it go out of your body, back down the tube and back into the earth. When it's all gone, choose another colour and start the process again. When you've done all the colours, leave the last one in your body and withdraw your tube from the ground, but leave about four inches hanging from between your legs, still showing the colour.
When we started the meditation, I had great difficulty getting this huge six inch diameter to grow from my groin, into the ground. It just seemed so huge. I was visualising it being clear plastic, like a drain pipe you could see through. At first it just clogged up with earth. So I withdrew it and visualised it with a cone-shaped cap on the end, to allow it to pierce into the earth. It wasn't very flexible, so when I visualised it coming up against rocks, I struggled.
I finally got it to go down to what I thought was far enough, which was only about 5 feet. It wasn't far enough really, but that's as far as I could get it to go.
The first colour I chose was blue. A kind of electric blue. At first the blue seemed to merge with the soil as a bluey-brown colour, but I finally got to draw a clear electric blue colour up the tube.
As the colour filled my body I found difficulty filling up the different parts of the body. I found it difficult to visualise each leg and arm filling up. I also had difficulty knowing how to visualise my body. Sometimes I would see an individual part of my body; then another time I would visualise the whole of my body from about 6 feet away. I found it extremely difficult to visualise my body from within, rather than at a distance.
After the blue had gone I repeated the process with yellow and then red. I struggled with brown and I had difficulty visualising orange at first. The orange would keep turning red. Getting the right shade of colours was difficult too. Visualising colours is not as simple as you might think. Purple was also difficult for me to manifest.
Finally I filled my body with white light. When my body was filled the light started to explode from my body in thousands of small shafts of white light. It was as though there were a million light bulbs inside my body which gave the illusion that my whole body was a human light bulb.
I withdrew the tube from the earth until there was about four inches hanging from my groin; and then came out of the meditation.
Jill and I discussed the experience that we had both had. We talked again about the tube. It seemed ridiculous to me to have a six inch diameter tube, four inches long, hanging between my legs. After a good deal of prompting, I finally deduced that Jill was trying to describe something that was more like a tentacle. Imagine the tentacle of an octopus, or the root of a tree. The shape starts out small and gradually the base of the tentacle gets bigger the longer the tentacle gets. This made sense now. The tentacle is transparent, so that you can see the colour; and it's very flexible so that it can move anywhere.
In the afternoon, we meditated again. This time it was easier to visualise a tentacle groin' from my groin (Sorry; can't help myself.). I was able to push it much further into the ground. The colours came easier this time. I still struggled to fill my body and I still struggled with where I was positioning myself to view. I was able to view from my seating position some of the time, but at times I had to come out of my body and view from a few feet away; especially when I wanted to view my full body.
At one point I had an urge to pull gold out of the ground up ito my body. It was awesome. The gold was shimmering like metallic paint on a custom car. Not just a flat finish, but with lots of Mica which caused the finish to reflect shards of light in all directions. Some of you might recognise this effect with metallic flake paint.
The gold made me feel very warm and special. I went through some other colours and went back to the gold, to keep the colour in me overnight.
The following day I decided I needed a system for the colours. Either they were to appear at random, or, if not, I needed to create a flow of colours so that I knew which ones I'd used and which ones I hadn't.
I went with the primary colours first: red, yellow and blue. Then I went with the secondary colours: orange, green and purple. I was still struggling with visualising purple. Must hark back to the repulsion from the Donny Osmand days of purple socks with purple everything.
After the above colours I tried black, brown and grey.
Black made me feel empty. A little like a black hole in the universe. I wasn't comfortable with black. Brown is a colour that you get when you mix all colours of paint together. I've never been a lover of brown for anything other than the colour of skin. I'm not a background kind of guy and I associate brown with the background and the earth. Yet I associate brown skin with a healthy look.
When I let the brown go back into the earth I had great difficulty clearing my tube. The brown was clinging to the walls of the tube, and try as I might in my visualisation, I couldn't get rid of all of it. I had to wash it away with another colour. I tried with grey. It was easy enough for me to visualise grey; but grey is a dismal, drab colour for me.
For 50 years of my life I've lived in a country where the vast majority of the time, the sky is grey. When there's no blue sky or sunshine, I find it depressing. It's OK for Archangel Metatron to tell me that it's 'my' perception of the colour; but let's also remember that Archangel Metatron teaches us that there is duality in everything. Without dislikes, we can't have likes. Without sadness, we can't have happiness. Without colours we dislike, we can't have colours we 'do' like. And I don't like grey. The nearest colour to grey that I'll tolerate is silver. I also don't like lilac.
That session I tried my best to leave my body filled with purple.
As the sessions wore on, I tried different shades of colours and different metallic colours. I was struggling with green. I couldn't get the shade I wanted to use, to manifest. So the next time I meditated, I took a long look at the grass, before I started, and that helped. So a good tip, if you're struggling to visualise a colour, is to go and find that colour somewhere, before you meditate, and visualise it. Before long, the colours manifest them selves much quicker.
When I was visualising the green, the end of my tentacle suddenly sprouted roots and attached itself firmly in the ground. It seemed to help better with drawing the colours from the earth. From that meditation onwards, my tube/tentacle would always drive deep, and shoot out roots at the end 2-3 feet in the earth. I would then visualise a good tug at the tentacle, to feel the solidarity of the rooting to the earth.
By about the 6th session I was still struggling with filling my body up with the colours, so I applied a different technique to make it happen. I imagined the colour energy was more like a fluid, swilling around in my body. Just like filling up a fluid container. As the fluid entered my body at the groin, it filled my legs and feet, then my torso, then my arms, hands and fingers; and then my head, until I was about to burst with pressure.
I was still struggling to get the colours to fill right to the ends of my fingers and toes. I knew the process wouldn't complete unless I covered all my body cells. Some times, the amount of willpower that was needed to visualise the colours filling my toes and fingers, was immense. Try as hard as I might, I couldn't make the colours move right to the ends at times.
You know the old saying, "Practice makes perfect." Well it's not quite true. "Perfect practice makes perfect." You have to keep practicing until you can't get it wrong. Amateurs only practice until they can get it right. That's when they tend to give up with the practice. All that gets them is around one in three or four right. You need to get every one right. Keep practicing until it's easy to fill your body. Don't let go. persevere until your body is filled each time, right to the tip of your nails and to the brim of your skull.
When the weather wasn't so accommodating we'd meditate indoors. Although this is not as good as sitting outside with your feet firmly planted on the earth; as long as the house is 'grounded' or 'earthed'; and you sit with your feet firmly planted on the floor; it's almost as good. The trick is to be able to visualise your tentacle/tube growing out of your groin; either through the floor into the ground, or through the window or door, into the earth outside. Your tentacle/tube will grow as long as you can visualise it to grow.
One particular early afternoon, I needed a bath and decided to meditate in the bath. All metal baths and taps (faucets) have to be 'earthed' to protect people from possible electrocution. So I decided to lay in the bath with my feet firmly placed on the bath floor. I was able to grow my tentacle/tube out of the bathroom door, across the landing, out of a window on the side of the house, down the wall, across the patio and into the lawn. By this time I'd grown accustomed to being able to visualise the growth as needed. Interestingly, Jill tried the same thing, but really struggled.
Jill has some difficulty with spatial relations. Having done some research on male/female gender differences; it's a fact that 85% of woman have the same weakness. That weakness in this case is being able to visualise moving around from one room to another, then outside the house. She was OK in a straight line, but was struggling to visualise moving from space to space. She tried going through different rooms without success. She eventually remembered the window behind her; sent her tentacle through the window, down the wall and into a shrub border at the bottom of the wall.
Out of all the colours that I drew from the earth, the most impressionable for me was the white light. When I was filled with the white light, it would burst out of me like sunlight. I felt 'charged' with energy. I also had similar feelings with electric blue (the colour of a deep blue sky on a sunny day) and gold.
I have to keep reminding myself of what Archangel Metatron tells us; that these meditations are an ongoing process of enlightenment. A little like climbing the rungs of a ladder to heaven. Each meditation takes you a little further up the ladder.
What did we get out of this? Well the next chapter will explain how it advanced Jill. For me. I definitely feel more positive and the perpetual pain in my right ball and socket shoulder, has eased. My visualisation methods and manifestation has improved significantly; and I feel I'm closer to being able to connect with the angels.
