Archangel Metatron: Greetings little one. You’re like a lost sheep today. Frustrations are plenty and lack of focus is your problem. But your thinking of what to focus on first, is in fact your answer.

Jill: What do you mean?

Archangel Metatron: When you wonder what to do first, the answer is to sit and acknowledge that you are wasting your energies trying to complete too many tasks. Look to that which you feel is in most need of attention. Sometimes it may not be some'thing' but some'one'. Whilst you have the ability to do many things, priorities must be set. Remember; balance is the key. Take things one step at a time and complete one task before you begin another.

Jill: Why is life so complicated?

Archangel Metatron: Life is not complicated. Each experience is a gateway to another realm of consciousness. You can choose to see it as hard, or you can take the viewpoint that you will work through life and deal with it on your own terms. Remember; you have no limitations. It may take work, but through faith and perseverance you will succeed. You have had many opportunities today to laugh and have fun, but you have quashed those feelings. Why do you feel you can’t take time out to laugh and enjoy your day?

Jill: I’m constantly thinking of the next thing I have to do, and the more I look around me, the more I see there is to do. It’s so frustrating wanting to move on and get on with life, but the more I do, the more I seem to find to fill my last task's place.

Archangel Metatron: So think little one and feel your answers. From a spiritual viewpoint, what do you feel you should do? Whatever your answer is, it doesn’t mean you have to do it without laughter. When you laugh, your voice sends out a strong harmonic energy level which affects your surroundings, others, and the world.

When you laugh, it also helps your physical body and your mental body feel more capable of dealing with things. You may let out a small laugh now and then, but how long has it been since you really lit up your world with a good series of laughter? As with most people, you will probably not be able to remember the last time. Be open to having laughter in your lives. Experience the joy of laughter. Laughter will help you to see things you previously didn’t know existed. Tickle!!! (laughing)

Jill: (A big blue bottle fly I didn’t know was in the room, buzzed into my ear whilst I was meditating.) That wasn’t funny!

Archangel Metatron: It was to me! You see:- duality in all things (smilingly). There is so much more to life than you can currently see. Every creation is built up of many things, and yet those many things are one and the same. Your scientists have yet to grasp the full implications of how your world and the universe was created and how they use this knowledge to help mankind evolve. Very few scientists study physical death as a science.

Jill: What do you mean, study the science of death? Are you saying we should put dying-people under a microscope?

Archangel Metatron: Some of the important keys to life can be found by studying the process you call physical death. Much time has been spent researching chromosomes and double helixes at the beginning of life and during life. By studying death, you would find other double helix matrices, that you currently do not know exist. These double helix matrices will show you how you can acquire the ability to transform your genetic structure, to enable you to experience other atmospheres, such as methane and formaldehyde.

Do not view your sciences as separate; but for the future of mankind. See how they are intertwined and interrelated. So combined they represent the eternal present.

Jill: What??? This is like double-Dutch to me. I’m not a scientist and I don’t understand this eternal present stuff. Call me dumb, but I don’t like stuff I don’t understand. Particularly if it means I’ve got to go poking old people who are dying. Surely it’s the last thing you want:- someone sticking a tube up your bottom, or a needle in your arm as you try to pass over so you can meet God.

Archangel Metatron: Not you 'personally' (laughingly). I am here to help you provide concepts to others so that they can begin to help humans prepare for the biological change which is to come. Having a simple understanding of biochemistry and genetics will help you to understand that you have a genetic code, which in different combinations will allow you to exist in many forms.

By learning how to exist in many forms, you then have the key to unlocking the higher realms of consciousness. In simple terms, you will have the understanding and ability to evolve and access higher consciousness. Your genetic code will always have a master code. It is forever present in one combination or another, hence the eternal present.

Jill: I can just see families wanting their loved ones to be guinea pigs for scientists, when they’re on a countdown to checking out. No-one would really go with the idea, surely?

Archangel Metatron: You would find some who would be open to the idea. Again, its all about embracing a new belief. Just as some are opposed to stem-cell research, you will find duality in all things.

We have made slow progress today, but good progress nevertheless. The length of your nails has hindered us covering as much as we could have (laughingly), you’ve deleted more than you’ve typed.

Your scientific worlds need to come together in a better structured environment, so that they can work together on the many planes of realities. Not just in this world, but through the universal continuum. It is time for the scientific world to begin to deal and embrace the spiritual world. The scientific world can not limit itself to measuring solely on the three dimensional level, but look towards the layers of consciousness that exist between that which you see as only space. Sooner or later, the time will come when everything will point back to God; light, the one conscious energy; and all will finally embrace the truth and glory of God light; the one conscious energy.
