Archangel Metatron: (Talking to Jill) At last you have taken a step in the right direction and we are so pleased.

But before we progress; our hearts are filled with love for you but you must always remember this: Do not view how you can change your life, but more importantly how you choose to experience it.

You’re views have been somewhat negative, which is so sad, when you have so much to give. Yes there will be times when you feel discouraged about how your life is progressing. Fulfilment in your life may seem a long way away, but unless the direction you wish to go in is one that brings you closer to God, you will not get there.

It your responsibility and yours alone, on whether or not you achieve fulfilment in your life. When you experience negativity and challenges, then it is a warning that your connection with God needs to be strengthened. God only wishes you to have more joy, prosperity and opportunities to grow in love and light.

Where do we come into this? Inspiration, guidance and pointers is what we do. But so many times our ability to cross the divide and communicate falls on deaf ears. It’s not that humans don’t just listen; the energies surrounding planet Earth are so dense. It’s not always easy that the messages and guidance given, are received in the correct, or perhaps we should say, accurate way intended.

Perhaps we should address ‘fear’, as it not only affects you at this moment in time, but millions of other humans too. Why does fear exist? Fear was created as a way of allowing the mind to warn the body of impending danger. For without a body the soul does not have a vehicle. However, when fear is mixed with ego, it bends itself so that your perspective is misaligned with the reality of what actually is.

Fear does have its uses and places the emphasis on alerting you of danger. But humans have the ability to transform this fear into reality when no danger exists. Your fear of failure is a double edged sword. For one… it holds you in a place where you choose not to move from. Once in its grip, you will, if you do not make changes, create a self-imposed prison sentence. The other side of the sword is that by accepting your prison sentence, failure is an absolute guarantee. So both edges of that sword will maim you.

You’re right in thinking that it leaves you with very few options. That is, until you pick up the sword; and realise you have the ability to wield the sword; and that once conquered, it can become your ally.

To know about fear and its ability to disable a human, is in fact a strength. Once conquered, you’re able to distinguish the difference between ‘real’ warnings of danger and those ‘false’ self-imposed ones.

Fear works in hand with ego. It is your ego that drives you and if allowed, ‘controls you’, to ever strive for vanity and material gain. And yet, if you didn’t strive so hard for material gain and vanity, you’d find they weren’t that important anyway.

Don’t be afraid to be wrong. Every human being is wrong at some time in their life. Being wrong, you learn how to make things right. Everyone can be taught something. But unless it’s put into practice, they will never master the lesson.

Look at your breed of young ones. How shallow they have become. Their hearts yearn for wealth and celebrity status, and the sadness is, if indeed they achieved their goals, they still would not find the happiness they so desperately seek. We in no way infer that the younger generations of this planet are bad. We feel it is so sad, that humans are being brought up and raised to believe that their sense of self worth can only be measured materially in where they live, and what they own, instead of what they can give and experience from each other.

It is time to step out of your ‘reverie’. Your loss of faith does not lay at our feet but your own. Why you ask? Because dear child, it is your own ego that is your downfall. Your despondency that we have not provided you, is down to your rigid perception of how life should be.

Glenn's thoughts: Jill has been losing faith because she has never experienced any contact with her mother, since she died in 2004. She has thoughts that if she could have contactwith her mother, just one time; that her belief would be strengthened.

Archangel Metatron: If we resurrected your mother physically in front of you, yes you’d believe for a while, then you’d tell yourself perhaps you’d seen an illusion. Over time you’d be dissatisfied.

Look at your life lessons: Recently ‘stagnation’, everything on hold. Why is that so? You know the answers. For through the stagnation you’ve arrived at a higher spiritual level, and it has also brought you a more stronger, spiritual connection with Glenn. You have also learnt patience and acceptance. These life lessons will now be rewarded for you. Are you ready for the next phase?

Without this period, you would not have built and began a new spiritual evolution for others to find the redirection they need. And also Glenn’s book would never have transpired. And it has now spurred him onto more books; which is his destiny, along with his speaking.

It is amazing, but proves a point; your abilities in so many fields, should take you to great heights, but just like everyone else, you still do not grasp or believe the power that lies within each and everyone of you.

Limiting beliefs and expectations are what create your disappointments. Yes you should have goals, this is very important and our wish is to help you achieve and learn. But when you do not get what you wished for, instead of sulking and giving up, try and see if something else has been gained from the experience.

You have no need of special rituals or tools to connect with us. What is required is, as you are so doing now, to go within and connect with your heart, and then listen to us. Are we not having a conversation now? And immediately you have perceived this question as being negative, and quite rightly so (laughing out aloud).

Glenn's thoughts: At this point, Jill heard Archangel Metatron say, "Are we NOT having a conversation now?" Part of my teaching and speaking covers negativity and the fact that most people are 85% negative in the way that they think. This causes us to access negative words, rather than positive. Archangel Metatron could just as easily said, "Are we having a conversation now, or not?" This surprised Jill, hearing Archangel Metatron speak from the negative, which is why he just made the comment about the question being negative.

Archangel Metatron: You see, your energies are erring on the negative side and you, as do all humans, have focused on a word and then without realising, substituted or added your own definition. When you next have a conversation with someone, you must try to notice how your brain will interject or start answering back, before the other person has finished what they are saying.

Listening to others, is a great art, for you must hear the words, without forming judgement or answer, and then, when the person has finished, only then can you formulate the real rightful answer. Once you recognise this pattern, begin to correct yourself. There are very few people who have the ability to totally repeat word for word, what someone else has said. Those that can do so, have learnt the art of listening. Why are we telling you this you ask? It is most important. For when you can master the art of listening, you’re then able to listen to our directions and your own soul.

Every possible answer to life's experiences and challenges you face, are held within you. By learning, as we have so numerously reiterated, to go within, you will learn the ability to rise above your challenges and go further than mere dreams can take you.

We are so pleased you have at last repicked up the mantle; and as you can see, we are here waiting, wanting and pleased to be able to divinely guide you. Jill: Interrupted by Glenn. I was sat in the office channelling Archangel Metatron. Glenn had a class in our dining room, which we use as an executive training room. He was speaking and coaching a group of people on Emotional Intelligence and how to aquire it through NLP (neuro linguistic programming). He'd come to ask me to make some photocopies. My fault. I didn't tell him when, or where, I'd be channelling.

Archangel Metatron: Do not stress yourself so, when you’re interrupted. Yes, it takes you time to perhaps settle your energies, but we are greatly aware that life is evolving around you as we speak. And you must also remember that unless you sit with a big flashing light on your head, people are not aware of our conversations (laughing out aloud).

Your purpose in life is to help others who are misguided and in pursuit of one distraction after another. Your application is not a logical one, but spiritual. To be one with God requires you to be like God. Transform your energies from one of expectancy in receiving, to that of giving. Giving of yourself, brings love, joy and fulfilment.

It is time to talk to others. Don’t be afraid. Become a being of sharing. God never searches for rewards. Pleasure, love and happiness is in helping and giving unto others. Look for the meaning in all your actions. Self assess and self recognise your true purpose in each task or experience you have. Do not criticise yourself or others, but look at how your actions, words and thoughts change everyday situations around you.

It takes determination to live a spiritual life. Don’t be despondent. Spiritually teaching just to one or two initially, will in turn become thousands through classes, events and books. Do not look at what you will receive, but more importantly what you are giving to others. For through this giving, fulfilment of your dreams will transpire. Remember that when you give from the heart, and that what is given is in its purest form; millions will join you; and the reality of what humanity is all about will be realised.

When you begin a change in consciousness you can look to creating a world of change. When the consciousness shifts from taking to giving, then you all will discover joy, fulfilment, love and total connection with God. We will help you with learning and teaching spiritual laws to bring about this change. To do this will require you to go from reactive to proactive.

Bringing crucial transformation to others is a precious gift to give to humanity and the universe. Each and every one of you has this ability, if they so desire. The question for all of you, is do you have faith in God, yourself and us, to step into the world and be different? Are you tired of living a life of chaos, war and destruction. Are you prepared to 'be' the difference and make the change?

For now, let us hope that these words will plant a seed of hope and inspiration into those who read this; and perhaps bring about a shift in consciousness to begin making a difference.
