Archangel Raphael: Prioritise and exercise

Archangel Raphael: Hallo… You know it is important that you keep the energy trinity in balance - mind, body and soul. It is no use exercising the mind and not the body. It is important to feed the mind, exercise the body and feed the soul to maintain optimum health.

Your mind set is currently on overload, which is why you feel hopeless before you begin. Breathe dear child. Do not be afraid. Each moment is just a series of experiences and if you have a positive frame of mind, your body is fit, and you trust your inner guidance, you can not fail.

The positive side of your experience today is, you get to commune with me. You often take the Penthouse Lift in the world of spirit communication (smilingly), so we don’t always get to greet you. You have always wanted to be ahead, hence the reason your chose the 1st day of the month to be born on. A little word of wisdom for you. Sometimes it is not the ‘being first’ that’s important; but ‘what’ you experience and with ‘whom’, on the way. Now dear ‘daughter of light’, why are you feeling so anxious?

Jill: I’m not sure of where I am going. I have so much I want to do and I’m frightened of forgetting something or making a mistake.

Archangel Raphael: Are these things you ‘have’ to do, what your inner guidance is asking you to do, or are these things you feel you have to do because of others expectations, and you feel duty bound?

Jill: A bit of both, I suppose.

Archangel Raphael: Think about your answer again and listen to your inner voice. What is really wrong here?

Jill: I’m not really sure what I want to do; and which to do first.

Archangel Raphael: That’s better. You see, if you listen to your inner voice, you know the true answer. Your idea’s, thoughts and emotions are totally chaotic, These emotional stresses get locked up in your physical body. Exercise is a way of getting rid of the emotional stress that is residing in your body. Stress can lead to baldness. You don’t want to be bald do you? Stress causes tightness in the scalp, this will cut off the hair follicles and you don’t want that. Learn to go with the flow (smilingly).

You need to exercise. Exercise, as we have said before, doesn’t need to be unpleasant. Find something that is appealing to you and then give yourself the gift of good health by regularly committing to the routine. Routine is what you need. You need to plan your day and time more effectively.

Today, take time to STOP. Write down everything you have to do and then separate the tasks into ‘urgent’, ‘within the week’ and ‘within the month’. When you look at your lists, then work out how many are ‘desires’, and how many are ‘needs’. Colour them if you wish, but you will then be able to see how many things you actually do need to do and how many of them are simply desires.

When you have done this, balance the tasks. It is important that as well as doing those things that get done, you also do something creative and relaxing. We notice that you have much clutter in your life, so give yourself a week to simply decleanse, declutter and de-stress your life.

Remember that everything is energy and if you have clutter around you, then there will be energies that clash with one another creating stress and chaos.

This guidance is not merely for you but also for Glenn. He needs to let go of his insecurities. Particularly the past. This is why he is currently unwell. The bowel area represents ‘letting of go’ of that which we no longer need in our life. It is waste. The relationship with his parents and his older children is waste. Each minute is a new beginning, no matter how painful Glenn’s past was, he is only hurting himself. For those who’ve hurt him, have no care nor awareness of the hurt and pain they have caused him. To lament, is to cause one’s own pain. Do not allow the past to block you from experiencing the rest of your life. For those who didn’t have love in their past, look around and see the love they have now. Also to help him further; Flatulence is caused through not following up on your ideas through fear. (laughingly).

Your friend who suffers with her thyroid has brought this upon herself, for she feels hatred towards others who have thwarted her life’s progress. She is like an unfilled cup, empty. Hate and feeling unfulfilled will affect your thyroid. Do not be surprised if through time she develops gall-stones, fungus problems and gout. When you harbour bitterness, anger and refuse to let the past go, you can be sure your body will rebel against the energy of your emotions.

Why do we tell you this? We tell you this, so that you can learn to release your emotions. Learn to see the harm that you bring upon yourself, it is not God’s doing. It is ‘your’ doing, through failing to prioritise those things in your life that bring peace, calm, love and harmony.

Get into the habit of waking up and working to a daily goal. You will feel much happier and healthier if you complete your day feeling you have fulfilled most, if not everything, that you set out to do.

You ‘can’ change your life. It is about giving yourself permission to change and then putting into action those things that you have been ignoring. Do not tell yourself you do not have time to exercise. Instead of an extra hour in bed, or taking a lunch break, or sitting down to watch your favourite TV programme, you can choose to give yourself the gift of life.

Another way to think of this is, would you work or be in a relationship with someone who showed you no care and constantly bombarded you with things that weren’t good for you? If your answer is no, then why would you expect your body to keep going? Your body will give up on you, if you give up on your body. If you give up on your body, you are emotionally giving up on yourself.

Remember if you are overweight it is time to stop rejecting yourself. Acknowledge your fears and insecurities. Instead of feeding your insecurities and fears with food, work on having belief in yourself. Learn to love yourself and embrace self-reliance. This applies to you too. It is not what you eat, but the lack of movement that is now started to begin the growth of a Buddha Belly (laughingly).

Every day you wake up, you have the opportunity to remain in the past or live a new day. It ‘is’ a brand new day.! You cannot turn your man-made clocks back. If only ‘now’ exists, then you have no mistakes, regrets or hurts in your life. You have infinite opportunities, so when you wake up in a morning, ask yourself what you’re going to create today. Visualise the things you’d like to happen for the day and be thankful for the opportunity to live your dreams before you step out of bed.

Life is for loving, living and experiencing.
