Archangel Metatron: Blessed be daughter of light. It is with great pleasure that we speak once more. Now that you feel more relaxed at openly discussing God; light; the one conscious energy, it is important that we help you and others understand more about spiritual progress and connection with God.

You have many scriptures, and sacred texts; but none speak clearly and concisely about connecting with God. We have spoken about the importance of meditation, as this allows mankind to rise above his ignorance; but it is also important that mankind understands that without love, they cannot hope to ever truly connect with God.

As humans you are attached to many things, yet very few of you are truly attached to God; light; the one conscious energy. It is not possible for the human to love something unless they have experience or knowledge. So here is the problem many of you face on your planet. You do not know God, so how can you love him? Many of you are still under the misguided belief that God is separate from you.

Yes you will find a lot of people who can preach the bible, but how many of them could hold up their hand and say they ‘truly’ knew God. Until you embrace and live in the consciousness of God; light; the one conscious energy; you will often experience chaos and suffering. Many humans pray mechanically. They send out prayers asking for their material needs to be fulfilled, yet the material needs are transient. The only thing you have need of, is to know God.

It is strange that so many of you read about God; light; the one conscious energy, but do not truly know how to make contact. Many of you leave your quest for spiritual growth until the last moment, when you have exhausted your material options and yet, it should be the other way around.

It is your energy that determines you ability to connect with God. If you do not believe in the power of prayer, then your prayers will go unanswered. If you put energy behind your intention and truly believe in your own ability; and that God; light; the one conscious energy will help you, then you will experience the miracle you ask for. When you put energy into prayer, you connect with the power of spirit that resides within. This helps you get the results you need.

Another reason why prayers sometimes go unanswered is because you focus upon material gains. Whilst sometimes material gains, such as a need for money when faced with poverty will be granted, it is important to recognise that your material needs are limited, for it is your spiritual growth that you should care about more than anything else.

Your will-power determines your success. Think about your life right now. For many, your will-power to having creature comforts and your endless desires met, has created for you a lifetime of burdens. For the more you have, the more work you must do to maintain the illusion of the world you have built for yourself.

Does this mean you have to live a meagre poor existence? No. Those who live minute by minute and embrace each pleasure and see the beauty around them will feel rich and live an abundant life. Talk to God; light; the one conscious energy within your mind, don’t be surprised if you start to hear the answers you seek.

Many people seek God. They make their weekly homage to God by visiting church. They feel that this is all that is required to be close and connected to God. Little do they realise they waste their time and energy; for very few are true seekers of God.

Very few humans take time to appreciate the beauty of the world around them. Have you ever stopped to at looked at the delicate petals of a flower, or the intricacies that form an ant? Who or what made all these glorious things?

God; light; the one conscious energy did.

You all believe that money is important; for without it, you cannot obtain the material things you desire and need. Yet so many of you do not place importance on connecting with God; light; the one conscious energy for your spiritual needs. Then you wonder why you are still unfulfilled, unhappy and that life appears to be one long struggle.

If you want to spiritually evolve; learn to become spiritually powerful. Here are some spiritual guidelines to help you begin.

1. Every day, take time to meditate and listen to your inner voice and ask that your will be aligned to the divine will of God; light; the one conscious energy.

2. Work towards ensuring your thoughts are positive.

3. Accept and know that you have no need to prove anything to any other; for you are a powerful and loving light energy.

4. Learn to let go of your attachment for sensory experiences that stop you from spiritually aligning yourself to God. In your Bible, it states that Jesus said, “If thy hand offend thee, cut it off.”. The sacred text was not telling you to maim yourself, but to realise that being attached to material sensory things prevents you from being connected to God; light; the one conscious energy.

5. Take time to talk to God; and then more importantly take time to listen.

6. Believe in the power of your prayer and know that you will be answered.

7. Realise that those around you are not as important as your relationship with God; light; the one conscious energy. Many so-called friends will often abandon you when you fail to be of use to them. God will 'never' abandon you.

8. Accept that your time on this planet is temporary. So place little importance on any material or personal desires that are not helpful to you in your spiritual growth.

9. You have the freedom to live life according to your will, but remember you are here through God’s will.

10. Wrong desires will lead you astray. Right desires will lead you to God.

11. Believe in God; light; the one conscious energy and you will see God; light; the one conscious energy.

You and you alone are responsible for your current life situation and experiences. Your body may be mortal but your soul is 'immortal', so use your will and creative power wisely. When you work through God; light; the one conscious energy, you will enable your light to shine forth an energy that illuminates and drives out darkness forever. Within you lies the power to manifest the Christ consciousness, if you so choose. Within you lies the greatest possession of all creation: God. Learn to know and love yourself; for then you will connect with God; light; the one conscious energy. God is omnipotent, God is love, God is light. God is YOU!
