Raphael (Talking to Jill): Greetings child of light, it is wonderful that we are able to commune again. Since our last meeting, we feel it is important to stress the importance of understanding the mind.
Learn as much as you can about how your mind works, for 85% of your thoughts not only create your reality, but they are also reflected in your body. The other 15% is the fuel you feed your body with. Both of these will determine whether or not you become ill.
Your cells react to the energy you give them. So if you’re negative, your cells will act negatively to the other cells around them. The best way for us to prove this point, is to ask you to look at the faces of the people around you. You’ll notice people with slumped shoulders, down turned lips and you can just see that they look miserable. These miserable people in turn, tell their cells to be miserable, which in turn starts the breakdown of the body in the form of illness.
If you have people around you who are miserable, you will see that their lives are one continuous battle with drama’s, illness and misfortunes. They don’t expect life to improve. They expect the worse and so their self-fulfilling prophecy is exactly what they believe it to be.
The parts of your body are not only there to assist you in this lifetime, they are also symbolic of different areas in your life which perhaps are unbalanced.
Let us look at those people who are in a relationship where one person continually talks and talks. What does the other person subconsciously do? They begin to lose their hearing. This is not a medical problem but an emotional problem, whereby they no longer wish to hear the people around them. The cells and nerves in and around the ear, start to revolt against the voice they find irritating; and eventually the person becomes deaf.
Problems with the eyes indicate a refusal to see something about themselves or the world around them. For example: if we look at yourself, your short-sightedness is your body’s way of telling you that you’re not looking at everything in a balanced way. You’re aware of immediate things happening around you, but you’re dismissive of planning in advance, that which has to be faced. With long sighted people, it is the opposite.
Neck problems can indicate someone is being a pain in the neck but it also represents how flexible you are to life’s experiences. If you’re neck is feeling stiff, you may need to ask yourself what you’re resisting; and then try to become more flexible in that area.
Your throat area, which you struggle with, is not only signifying that you need to speak up for yourself a bit more, but also that you are stifling your creativity. You will often speak your mind to those who are close to you; but with others, you still need to assert yourself a little more.
You are such a creative soul. Look at your life. You’ve always been creative in one form or another. You were accomplished in art, dancing, singing, cooking and graphic design. Find ways you can incorporate your creativity to help those around you.
If someone is suppressing their anger and emotions, you’ll see them suffer with laryngitis. Trouble with the thyroid indicates a frustration that you can’t have things your own way and do what you want to do.
Your lungs show the world your ability to give and take, unless you have poisoned your system with nicotine.
We’re aware that Glenn has asked you about people who are drawn to their own sex. Are they born this way or is this a learnt trait? A child that learns to feel uncomfortable with it’s own body and sexuality, will struggle with their own identity; and how they fit into society; instead of seeing sex and the body as a creative and wonderful way to express and share love for one another. It is sad that this act of giving of oneself to another is preached to others as sinful. As the child matures, they will be drawn to and feel more comfortable with their own sex. Hence homosexuality.
Learn to listen to your body. Go within and feel where the dis-ease is. You’re already aware that back problems indicate in others that they feel unsupported. Your joints represent your ability to be flexible with life’s lessons.
There are so many of areas of your body that reflect back to you, your own sub-conscious thoughts. Once you become aware of disharmony in your body, you need to combat this, so that you don’t become ill in the first place.
Let us look at Glenn. He has had problems with his feet since a child. This is down to his sub-conscious feelings of being restricted. His life at a very young age felt dis-jointed, he was unable to understand himself and his place in the world. Yet if we look at Glenn’s parents, the way they shuffle their feet tells the world they are unbending; a refusal to embrace change and move onto new ideas and experiences. They have no desire to move on in life.
How do you do this? I know we sound repetitive, but hopefully by being repetitive you’ll finally learn how to reduce your illnesses.
First start with meditation. When beginning a meditation, once relaxation has been established, slowly become aware of the energy pulsating through your body. Focus on any area’s within your body that feel uncomfortable or stiff, then make a conscious effort to relax those areas. Work through the body, then visualise the colours of the rainbow and breathe in these colours and allow them to totally cover the body. Just like taking a shower, allow these colours to refresh you. Once this has done, take time to go into the silence and reconnect with yourself. You may wish to meditate on a particular thought, such as forgiveness or love. When you have finished your meditation, take time to think of a few positive thoughts and affirm these to yourself.
As well as healing yourself on the mental level, you must also heal yourself on the physical level, by ensuring you feed the body natural nutrients and that the body is exercised. Exercise can be in any form you find fun, walking, dancing, playing with children, swimming, sport. You have such a wide choice, it is impossible for you to not find one that you like.
Ensure that you create a positive environment prior to sleep. If you watch violent movies, negative news reports; you will ensure that during sleep you’re body’s ability to relax and healing itself will be restricted. Try to think happy thoughts. Repeat a few positive mantra’s; and to manifest abundance in your life, think of all the abundance you have already in your life. Abundance is not merely things of monetary value. Relationships, experiences, thoughts and feelings are all things of abundance.
You’re thoughts create your reality. So do you prefer to feel happy, young, vibrant, experience abundance and healthy; or…do you prefer to feel miserable, ill and experience chaos?
Learn to understand and listen to your body. Once you’re in tune with the self, your body and the power of the mind; you will be able to see the difference the power of your thoughts make.
