Archangel Metatron: Blessings, we commune once again, as a new day dawns in a new year for you all. We hope that everyone will perhaps turn a new page and create a new beginning for the world. Not just contemplating one’s effect globally, but also on your own inner world. For each and every one of you are the centre of your Universe.

Currently there is little more we can do, but ask that you put into practice the lessons we have brought. For you to find God; light; the one conscious mind, it is time that mankind stops accepting those who go about their life claiming to be God’s representatives who have divine and absolute authority. Isn’t it about time that mankind thought for a moment and learnt to trust themselves, instead of giving and accepting external authority to others.

Yes, there have been many prophets, sages, mystics, who have given much direction to the world, but these people are not of your time now. Their advice and wisdom was for a world that now no longer exists. This is why their guidance is now limited.

Every human being should abandon these outdated teachings. It is time for you all to begin to discriminate these teachings and listen to your hearts and empower yourselves. Human nature is not all bad, but it is up to each and everyone of you to discover your own natural goodness.

There are many guides and teachers on this earth plane. Just remember that not one human being is infallible. Everyone who teaches others will recognise their true value, when they have helped their protégés to think for themselves and discover the truth for themselves. A teacher’s role is to help people awaken unto themselves. Anyone who tries to imprison that person by quoting biblical quotes or other religious theories, is nothing more than a celebrity, recruiting their own fan club and do not have their fellow beings welfare at heart. As a teacher you must allow your protégés to be free, so they become their own masters of their destiny.

Whilst mankind has made great steps in trying to overcome different forms of discrimination, the one most important discrimination that mankind hasn’t recognised is religious discrimination. It is this that keeps you all trapped in separateness and disarray. Everyday, around the planet, there are thousands of teachers inciting religious discrimination.

Archangel Chamuel has brought you one of the techniques you could use to get in touch with God; light; the one conscious energy; but sadly most will read and think about it. But taking these mental instructions into the physical will be very hard for some.

It is important that people try to incorporate meditation into their daily lives. For not only does it bring you closer to God; light; the one conscious energy, it helps you to understand and contemplate your feelings and thoughts. It is by understanding these feelings, including fear; for you should not be afraid; you should be able to allow these feelings to come and pass through you; and for you to be able to recognise, with your heart, what the right answer or action is. Learning to understand and be aware of what is happening within oneself and the world around oneself, is what will bring you inner happiness and peace.

Remember God; light; the one conscious energy is not separate from you. It is within you, in the air you breathe, in the people you meet and the planet world. When you honour yourself, you honour God; light; the one conscious energy. When you honour others, you honour God; light; the one conscious energy too.

It is also important for those of you who are to set out on this voyage of discovery through meditation, that when you sit down and close your eyes to meditate, that you don’t expect us or God; light; the one conscious energy immediately. It is like saving for a rainy day. Keep investing your time each day and we guarantee you will not be disappointed; and you will reap the benefits and experience the oneness with God; light; the one conscious energy. If your life is not working for you right now, what do you have to lose by trying to meditate?

Perhaps it’s not God; light; the one conscious energy you’re afraid of, but discovering who you truly are. In the beginning of your meditations you may find you sit there, and one thought after another enters into your mind. However, you will find that over time, you will actually begin to reap rewards; not only in happiness but also in health too. To find God; light; the one conscious energy will require you to find the absolute silence.

Now we will turn out attention to yourself and Glenn, for now, we feel it is time to get Glenn on his pathway to spiritual enlightenment. This will not be easy, for he has many ideas; theories about how and what will manifest. He must first expect nothing, we wish you over the next seven days to meditate together, and put into practice what Archangel Chamuel has brought forth.

We’re aware that you have briefly researched mantra’s, and whilst we feel that you don’t need these, it may be beneficial for Glenn. During this period, we ask that you both just work to attain and connect with absolute silence. This will help build your energies and also take some of the strain off you both, for what lays ahead mentally, physically and spiritually.

During this period we will not channel with you, it is important that you experience these meditation sessions, so that when others struggle or are not sure of what they are experiencing, you can help them with your own experiences. You cannot teach to others, that which you have not took time to learn for yourselves.

The teachings are brought, to begin to awaken you, so that further lessons can be made. We know that Glenn relies on us. It is time he learnt to rely on himself where his book is concerned for now. This is one of spiritual growth tests for him. We ask him to look into his heart and silently feel in which direction his book should now go.

Remember he has free will, but we know he will make the right decision. He has too many projects and too many ideas which need to be honed into one project for now. His speaking and his teaching skills can be combined. Perhaps he should consider speaking and teaching, but then ask for a fee for the material to back up his teachings. By this we mean perhaps his books or manuals. He will then be able to also see for himself, those who truly wish to learn from his mastery and those who feel they already are a master themselves. This will also help him recognise more quickly those who can be approached for perhaps further introductions and new contracts.

We would be pleased if you would put these meditations into practice and then commune with us again on Sunday of next. Use your time wisely, as well as work. It is perhaps time to begin clearing away what is of no use to you and packing what is needed for your coming journey. Take at least one morning, in the coming week to make a start on packing.

Whilst we know you are anxious to know when you’re going to be moving on, at this time, we would ask that you prepare yourself for when that day may be. Planning and preparation are of the utmost important for you now. There is much to be accomplished this year, but with it too will come many successes.

On a final note, we ask that our daughter of light, whist meditating, works and reflects on impatience. For you it’s important to learn to be proactive and not reactive. Learn not to attack too quickly when someone disputes or makes comment. We know this last comment will bring much glee to Glenn, for he is the one who tests you the most, but together you have the capacity to bring out many great qualities that lie dormant with each other. Your special bond is what helps you overcome the many adversities in your lives.
