Remember to allow the physical body to be left behind. Hold no fears and allow yourself to embrace the freedom and peace the energies bring to you.

It is important to remember that we have no real need for names in the spirit world, for we are all one, so do not see ourselves as having any need to be singled out, or recognised, for we all together achieve many great things, and every time one experiences joy, so do us all.

Iajoveh is not of your universe, so at times he may speak in a way you don’t always comprehend; but any clarification that is required, will be given to you; as we know your every thought and feeling. So with that said, let us now convene, for the Council of Elders are awaiting your presence.

Iajoveh - Ah, lovely to commune with you dear child. You seem to have grasped what was given very well, so now let us bring forth more insights for you. In turn, you will get to speak with us all, but also, you will absorb a little of each of our energies, so your capacity to predict many things will grow.

It is most important that you honour your true feelings and use this awareness of the energy around you. You still haven’t learnt to trust it completely. Work on your belief of yourself. Do not be afraid to be wrong, for there is no such thing. Do not always assume that someone else’s opinion is more of an authority than your own feelings.

We granted you the ability to see the composition of man. Now for you to understand how this was put into practice, we need to look at physical birth and physical death. Now it may seem strange but we will look at physical death.

Upon physical death, there are a series of energy occurrences that help your transition and the energy of the planet you physically resided in. Firstly when a person breathes their last breath, which we call life sustaining force, it’s absorbed by the etheric energy of the planet. At the same time the soul and spirit detach from the physical body. During a three day period, the etheric body dissolves slowly too and is absorbed back into the planet’s energies. It is during this time period that the soul and spirit experience the opportunity to view backwards in time, their life and experiences on this planet. They are still at this time, in the energy circle of planet earth and have not ascended yet.

Sometimes, you will come across people on your planet, who have begun this process and then returned back to the physical body, in the realisation that they have not fulfilled everything as it should be, The term you humans use for this is a 'near death' experience.

Those who have fulfilled their purpose; the time then comes for the spirit and soul to cast off, as a snake casts off the skin it has outgrown; the soul body, and transform into pure light energy. During this phase, there is much time for reflection on achievements, imperfections and whether or not it needs to return to the earth plane to correct anything. The pure light energy; just as you are now; the orb of light you see, now creates a new astral body and can now ascend through the realms (dimensions) to reunite with those who have gone before them.

In all, physically in the human world, there should be a period of at least 12 days, to enable the spirit and soul to complete the cycle of life and death, before disposal of the physical body is ideally placed for disposal. We are well aware of the implications of what we discussed last time. Please know that it is alright for the physical body to be cremated, as you call it, but for the process to be complete, it also important the ashes are returned to the earth, to further continue in the regeneration of your planet.

Granted the breakdown process isn’t as nutritional to the earth, but it still plays a vital function. Your marble urns prohibit this. Remember you do not need a mourning place, for if they reside in your heart, they are with you in the spiritual sense and you can honour them from within.

Now, where were we? Oh yes!. Now that you understand this process, let us turn to birth. Once the elements of mankind are brought together, we need to look at the process of birth.

We will not reveal to you the missing link as you call it, on how mankind came to be where and what he is; for to do so, would only encourage more negative energies to conspire to overthrow and dominate the universal life force grid; and this cannot and never will be divulged. However, prior to your physical conception, a soul is requested to research a suitable hereditary lineage and the reasons for such an incarnation.

A soul must also provide and ensure that the environment is suitable and that the experiences planned are within the realms of possibilities. The chosen parents must be able to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the soul. Once this has been done, and the other physical entities are in place, then, and only then can conception take place.

When a physical sperm and an ovum are joined, for a while the physical mass is created without the soul. Once the physical mass is at a stage that the soul feels is ready, then and only then will the soul project itself into the physical mass.

You will find that humans who carry the traits of your leaders, pioneers and entrepreneurs will usually enter into the physical mass early, so that they can absorb outside influences from the mother. The soul is already acquiring knowledge and learning. Those souls who enter later into the physical mass later, are normally human beings who play a supporting role to other humans and are quite happy to serve others.

It is also important for you all to understand how everything in your lives relates to the universe.

The channelling was Interrupted by me (Glenn) banging around in the kitchen downstairs, tidying up. The noise carries in the quietness of the house. Jill was upstairs in the bedroom at the time. It was 2.00 in the afternoon. The kids were at school, so the house was quiet. Sudden noises break the connection, which gives Jill a violent headache and makes it almost impossible to continue. I managed to convince Jill to go back later around 3.30 to reconnect. This was a show of respect to the entities for their graciousness in sharing the after-life and universal life force energies with us.

Archangel Metatron: We are grateful that you attempt to reconnect with us once again. However, it is with concern for your well being, not ours, that we must stress; you must ensure the energies and harmony is maintained whilst you commune with us.

Iajoveh: Hello dear child. We will continue at a later time with much great details. But for now, let us quickly show you how your physical body and the soul body have duality and that part this plays in the earth plane and the universes.

Firstly when you consider your planet, you visually see this as round; spherical; yes? As with yourself; as you are now, an orb of light; you too are spherical; so too is the physical body.

Although to your eyes, you cannot see this, the body is a series of circles, spheres, globes; you understand yes?

Your head was designed to be slightly detached from the rest of your body, for your brain is where your thinking spirit resides. It is this part of your anatomy that allows the physical body to create thoughts from what it has seen, heard and experienced. The cavity of the body is created to embrace the heart and lungs, for this is the area in which the rhythmic energy encase the soul. This area is the area from which feelings are created. Your outer limbs enable you to touch and connect with the outer world. Nothing within your body works independently. They are all linked. This is the same with humans, you are not independent, you are all inter-linked as one. As is the planet within your own universe.

Each physical aspect of your body relates to your universe. Although mankind likes to think of themselves as individual, in reality each human is inter-dependent on the environment and other human beings around him. Mankind has persevered and created many wonderful things; yet the mystery of life is still as evasive as ever.

Once man learns to accept his environment and his abilities, peace would be much easier to find. To give you all the answers, would bring many ramifications and complexities that you would simply not be able to comprehend or accept. It is time mankind accepted flexibility in his thinking. So many of you have such rigid ideas, that they keep like a rod, in life, unbending, unshaping, until such times as those thoughts and beliefs are what in turn causes you to snap, losing everything you thought you once had.

Often mankind will ask why some die early and some die later in life. Let is be known that those who make the transition early, are often storing up their energy forces for a very special destiny. Mankind will often ask why one person is born whole and another with severe handicaps. Again; despite the fact that the body may not appear whole, it does not mean the soul and spirit aren’t. These wonderful spirits bring forth and communicate on a much deeper spiritual level and are still fulfilling a mission here on your planet.
