Greetings you are now well on your way to being ready to go forth and speak of what you know; and also to inspire others to discover the divine that lays dormant within them.

Whilst we’re aware of your many questions, we ask that you bear with us and work your way through these lessons, so that you can bring them to the awareness of others. Sekutet will speak with you today; she is a very enlightened being.

Sekutet: A pleasure to commune with you dear one. We have met before, but you will not remember me. But I remember you. Mankind has lost the ability to penetrate the spiritual world, but hopefully today, with my help, we can perhaps begin to make amends on how to connect with the spiritual world, whilst still occupying physical mass.

Your human brains have many faculties, which when awakened can help you manifest and bring forth much greater spiritual perception that you can possibly comprehend at this time.

There are no great special exercises, which suddenly, like magic, will reveal the answers of life to you. But to bridge the physical and spiritual worlds, requires a human to have the right attitude and a sense of deep gratitude for each experience whether it is positive or negative. Only those with open minds can ever bridge the gap between the physical world and the spiritual world.

Once a human can accept that they are part of the universe; only then will they have the ability to transpose themselves into how others are feeling and what actions are required for the situation. Begin to think of yourselves, as one. The world must begin to develop and work towards a feeling of unity. As a microcosm within a macrocosm, you are and always will be, related to all things. Nothing can exist without the others.

Once a human has developed this understanding, developing their own confidence is of the utmost importance. In your schools, you should be teaching awareness and considerations of others first. Teach your young how their own actions have an effect of those around them. By teaching them to relate as one, they will positively be able to focus on overcoming an obstacles that are put in their way.

After this has been accomplished, the children then need to also be taught confidence; to be able to go forward with the conviction that their goals can be achieved. Currently your education system is breeding dry, intellectual, stifling humans who do not have the capacity to help themselves. It is time to stop feeding the minds of the young with materialistic concepts. You destroy their imagination, so that their ability to inspire is lost to all but to those few who are branded as ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or misfits. One is never too young to learn, perhaps it is time the young taught the elders the ability of joy. The ability to find joy in new experiences, for it to be alright to laugh and enjoy life to the full.

The ability to bridge this gap is fundamental, for many can see the abyss that mankind is heading for, and yet, those that do see have not joined forces to try and change the pathway in which everyone is headed. Look at your planet currently. Chaos and corruption are by which you govern. Confusion is what rules the environmental impact you play on your planet; and your ability to find the true spiritual enlightenment you all search for, is non-existent due to you still following rules and regulations from a bunch of stories eons ago. Just as 'you' go through evolution, so does the spirit world. Do you not think that unless we embraced new ways of thinking and discovering different ways of creation that we could have continued our existence? The difference here is that we all accept ourselves as one born into unity. We consider the implications of our actions prior to creating change.

Whilst your scientific evolution is fast expanding, you must also realise that science has no morality. If it did, and it was one with the spiritual, you would not have created your bombs, delved into genetic engineering, interfered with the creation of life: giving you the decision of whether a child should be born, or your ability to choose your ability to procreate.

It is science that is your undoing. For the vast majority of your research is no longer used towards helping mankind; but to creating bigger and better means for controlling humans through bacteriology and how you can pollute a human body, the planet and its atmospheres. Your governments are deceiving you with half-truths and untruths, that you are all becoming so brainwashed and hypnotised, that you lack the ability to switch off and say, "No more!"

When you gave birth to your sons; your divine; your god within, cared and helped develop their identity within the world. But with every child, as with Max now, he is spiritually transforming his own Godly divine energy into now learning to develop on his own.

Slowly he is detaching from your divinity and finding his own way forward. If he is to be free, he must have the ability to reflect on the greatness that lies within him Once this has been achieved, he then has free will whether to learn from the wisdom of others or through experience. Along with this will also come the quest as to whether he uses his talents in a positive way, or to the detriment of others around him.

If you go forth and talk with others, you have the ability to teach how the main principle of life is balance between all things, living and dying, physical and spiritual, night and day. Too much or too little in one area, causes dis-ease. Mankind must realise that to be in excess in one area, will cause discord in the energies of the physical body. Expansion in one area and then contraction in another creates balance, give and take; it is when one area over takes completely, you will find evil.

We know that mankind struggles greatly to understand evil, but evil is not an absolute. For at different times, they may be quite the opposite. If mankind isolates evil, it will never really be understood. If you consider mankind’s evolution, originally, there were very little material things to occupy him. Mankind connected and was always aware of the spiritual world and spiritual beings. As mankind progressed, through development, they learnt to establish themselves creating cities, towns, principalities. Whilst this happened, they needed to also understand and have the opportunity of learning what excess would bring, and yet instead of recognising the opportunity of their own downfall, they ignored their spiritual guidance and fell into misery and evilness.

This was never more so learnt that with the souls who inhabited Atlantis and Lemuria. For those who search for Atlantis, you will find it resides in what you now know as the Atlantic Ocean. Lemuria you will find far, far below the India Ocean. Up until these two great nations created their own downfall, the energies of the earth were harmonised and well balanced.

So many of you now, live in quiet desperation. It is time that you stopped allowing your lives to be dominated by outside events. Your senses and experiences are in a state of overload; through drugs, alcohol, noise, entertainment, materialistic possessions and food. We ask you to go forth and show others that they have within them the ability with a little bit of desire and effort to fulfil their soul’s needs.

Teach your children to cultivate their divinity, to work towards improving your social conditions. Nothing can be born without desire, effort and love. It is no use acquiring knowledge if you do not have the capacity to understand that knowledge. To understand requires reflection, contemplation, meditation. Mankind must learnt awareness of the self. In doing so, the ability of connecting the realms of the physical and spiritual will become reality.

(Referring to Jill.) It important at this time that you remember your original role on this planet, your role was to assist the Egyptians with the ‘temple sleep processes'. You often helped others to go into trance so they could be aware of the spiritual world. Your role has never changed. You are still to make others aware of the spiritual world. We are not asking you to teach trance, but to show others in the written word and with demonstrations of how to find silence, so that they can connect with God: light: the one conscious energy; and follow their true destiny.

Everyone you teach must realise, that like an Olympic runner they have to develop their muscles before they can win the race. True spiritual development is not easy, but is attainable. Remember that you are beginning to utilise dormant muscles within the physical brain that have lay dormant for quite some time, so the ability to perceive must take time.

We sense your energies weakening, so for now, we ask that you return to your physical body and look to realigning yourself with sacred geometry and how it was used to help you originally bridge the physical and the spiritual. You will be drawn to books, for a purpose; so do not worry about which books are for you. We would also ask that those that are brought to you, are referenced for others to access of their own free violation.

Archangel Metatron: we will not commune tomorrow. We ask that you take the time to view what has been shown to you. For not only does the physical body require rest, so too does the spiritual body. You have worked well and we are blessed that you take upon you these tasks to help mankind. There are many lost souls, and it is not your purpose to save every single one. But by reaching out, if you help just a few, you have made a difference.
