Under Active Root Chakra Meditation
Symptoms check for a blocked root chakra.
Melchizedek: Now, the meditation that I am about to give you is for a blocked root chakra. For those of you who have skipped the first tracks, or not had access to them; don’t have the packaging for this CD, or simply, as a reminder, to make sure you are doing the right meditation; let me remind you of the particular physical and emotional symptoms or behavioural patterns you may display with this dysfunction.
To ascertain if the root chakra may be partially or fully blocked, here is the check list again, in no particular order. You should only be doing this meditation if you are in synergy with this list, or you will do more harm than good.
Remember; it’s unlikely that you will have all the symptoms and behavioural patterns shown.
A good guide is that if you recognise 16 of the symptoms and patterns in the check list, you will have a fully blocked root chakra. If you recognise more of the symptoms and behavioural patterns in you than in the check list for the over-active root chakra, then you have a partially blocked root chakra; so you need to do the meditation on the next track.

It is essential that a person works on their blockages, and focuses their energies, until they feel a shift in their energy levels, and notice an improvement. Each person is different, so no timescales should be given. In the case of the blocked chakra, it would be advisable to do this meditation every day, and perhaps, time permitting, the Ascension chakra regeneration meditation (Root Chakra Weekly Tonic), at least once every 7 days.
This meditation to unblock the root chakra, is to be done as much as possible. The more you invest your time and energy doing this meditation, the quicker your chakra will regain its balance, thereby instilling physical and emotional balance to your body.
First of all, it is best if you can lay on the floor for this meditation, so that you feel a connection with the ground, all the way along your spine. Use cushions, a quilt, or rolled up towels to fit in any areas that feel uncomfortable. In the event that you are unable to do this, due to injury or back pain, sit yourself in an upright chair, ensuring your back is kept as straight as possible, and that both feet are uncrossed and placed firmly on the floor.
To assist us in this meditation, Archangel Raphael will be administering healing solutions to your body, and it is quite normal to feel overcome, or heat or coolness in the areas that Raphael is treating.
Make sure you are in a warm, well ventilated room, and that any outside interruptions are taken care of. So no mobile phones, or telephones near you, and if there are any little people in the household, please ensure they are being looked after, and know you are not to be disturbed.
The results of this meditation will greatly depend on your ability to relax, and listen to the instructions given. If you are not a visual person, do not worry. Be open to feeling, or sensing the energy changes around you. To assist you, I am going to use the word ‘imagine’, for this will help you to stop your conscious critical mind from analysing the instructions too much.
