Hi A warm welcome to all our new members since our last newsletter. Working from home with your love-partner can be straining on your relationship; especially when your young children are off school with you for 6 weeks. It's a very special time to demonstrate tolerance. Just recently, at our Mind, Body Spirit events, people have regularly commented on how well behaved and polite our boys are, when they see them at the events. Children are sponges. They soak up the habits of their parents, to be like them. So if you say please, thank you and you're welcome, to your children, they will, in time, mimic you. If they see you being polite, they will mimic you. The children are our future, yet so many people today, dismiss their children and allow them to get out of control. Leadership reflects attitude. Parents are leaders in their own home. Whatever you do in the confines of your home, in front of the children, will be reflected back at you. Often, the things you don't like in your children, are reflections of you. In this way, the children teach us where we are going wrong. As a good parent, you are only as good as you are on the day. As I reflect back on my parents, my father always diminished any of my achievements, by saying to me, "Not bad." I, like many other children, craved for my parent's attention: Captain of the Rugby Team... Not bad. High jump champion in year 9... Not bad. School shot-put champion... Not bad. Squash leagues champion... Not bad. First ever Motocross win, was the first time (and last) that my father showed up to watch... Not bad; and then he left. At the age of 54, I just realised that, maybe, my father didn't want me to be better at anything, than 'he' was. He has never told me once that he is proud of me. He's never hugged me. Don't be like my father. Nurture your children and other relations with encouragement, inspiration and motivation. Don't hold them back. They have the ability to be far better than us. Don't show them the finish line. The sky is not the limit. And remember, the most precious gift you can ever give anyone, is your time. Regards; and a big hug from the Man of Hugs,

As September draws nearer, the time is at hand to enter into the void. The void, is the source of all creativity and offers those who are willing to meditate upon the void, the opportunity for great healing. During September, many divine talents that have lay dormant, will reveal themselves. If you have been searching for answers to your true purpose, know that through meditation you will be able to connect to what you have been manifesting, on a spiritual level. This month however will not be without its problems, for in venturing into the void, you will be required to delve into the depths of understanding and empathy. Those who are not awakened yet, will test your ability to empathise, as you will see many people experiencing destructive forces at play. For those of you who are awakening, you will be urged towards releasing all fears. Many of you will perhaps claim not to have any fears, but we ask that you delve deep. For fear will hide itself in outdated attitudes and beliefs, that do not support your current journey. Fear can often show itself as painful memories, and those who need to work on self-worth issues will need to be strong, as this could well herald you having more than your fair share of negativity. If you begin to feel anxious or panicky, take a few moments to breathe deeply and drink plenty of water to enable toxins to be released. Negativity can be experienced as attitudes or disease. Extra vitamin C and plenty of water will be the call of this month, if you find yourself slipping into the grips of negativity. If you're a channeller or energy healer, you will be able to use this month's energy changes to access high dimensional sacred teachings and messages. As we move into mid-September there will be a shift in the frequency of energy which will bring you the opportunity to give rebirth to more spiritual values, beliefs and ideals. Look upon the first few weeks of September as being a purification period, where that which no longer serves your higher purpose, is purged. By remaining open and receptive to these divine energy changes, you will discover your stellar gateway chakra filtering in new higher frequencies to revitalise your etheric body. September offers the opportunity to purify and revitalise the essence of your soul. The old paradigms of limitation and restriction will be released, so you can begin to work towards acheiving your fullest potential. Make time this month to 'tune' into your guides and your angelic helpers. Meditate upon expanding your awareness, and work on developing a greater connection to your higher-self. You can only transform your outer life by beginning to transform your inner life. Are you ready to enter the void? Close your eyes and focus upon the darkness of the eyelids. If thoughts arise, do not censor or make judgement, allow your thoughts to arise and then allow them to disperse. |

Spiritual Courage – A call to overcome fear of being human. Greetings. I AM Archangel Michael. At a time when many have heavy hearts, I call upon you to remember your spiritual heritage and draw upon your spiritual courage to break away from your current pathway, and begin anew. At this time, there is much focus upon the ascension process, but the tendency to view this process as the end of the world, is much misaligned. The time of ascension, should be embraced as a time of rebirth, a time of oneness. For too long, the human race has been held in the grip of fear. Look at your history books, and you will only see the story from one viewpoint; the point of the victor. Look at how the stories of the past hold you in fear, how your upbringing programmes you to stay confined to certain behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. You fear the past. You fear the present; and many of you fear the future. I call upon you at this time, my beloved ones, to be courageous, and face the difficulties and uncertainties ahead. I ask you to be brave when fear causes pain and discomfort, for it is through facing your fears that you can bring a new way of living. It is sad to see that there are thousands of humans who are currently afraid to live. Everything that you reach outside of yourself for, will never fill the void within, for your needs are emotional not material. Only when you befriend yourself, will your fears disappear. Human nature calls for acceptance, acknowledgement, love and security. These are all basic needs that should be drawn upon from within. Self-acceptance is the self-realisation that, as a person, your needs and personality traits are at peace with themselves. Self-acceptance means being at peace with your strengths and weaknesses. Give yourself the gift of acknowledgement. Look at what you have done, the way you have acted; and give yourself the credit for a job well done. Love who you are. This means honouring yourself as important. This does not mean you consider yourself greater or less than someone, but equal. Your thoughts create your reality, and by acknowledging yourself, accepting yourself and honouring yourself, you create a world whereby you are empowered. Time and time again, we tell you that you have unlimited power, yet you do not believe us. Instead you hide away your true feelings, you martyr yourselves, and tell yourselves this is how life is; and yet in the realm of spirit we shout ‘No, it is not’. We are filled with sorrow because you blindly make slaves of yourselves in careers that make you unhappy and rob you of your light. We watch you blindly agreeing to be tied to a relationship that doesn’t bring you joy, support and love. We watch you wither, becoming resigned to life, believing there is nothing you can do; and our hearts break. You call upon us and ask why someone else appears to have everything, and you have nothing. You call upon us and ask why your life is what it is. So many of you call out in prayer; and we ask you to listen with your hearts, but you are deaf to our words because you are afraid to tap into your unlimited power. It is far easier to look to others for acceptance than within the self. It is so much easier to listen to another’s opinion, rather than face your own opinion that tells you what is being suggested, does not serve your higher purpose. Why do you choose to limit yourself in this way? I ask you to embrace the ascension process as the greatest opportunity to transform yourself. If your life is not working, do not look to reasons as to why it is this way, but look to what you have within you, which will enable you to free yourself from the limitations that hold you locked into a life of fear and unhappiness. Be courageous. Call upon the divine spiritual strength that resides in yourself and you will amaze yourself how suddenly life becomes joyful. Be the change you want to see in the world. Become the inspiration for others, by choosing to live your life without limitations, and allow your inner light to shine like a beacon to others. It is time to awaken and learn it is possible to find life fulfilling, happy and abundant. Before you make a decision, learn to listen to your heart. Learn to go within for your guidance. Be prepared to break the mould that you have been cast into and have the freedom to live your dreams. You will find that when you honour yourself, you also honour others. When you love yourself, you have the ability to love others. The balance of your conscious energy is alignment with divine will. when you are living your life from a self-sufficient perspective. Open your consciousness and embrace the experience of what life can truly offer you. Do not be afraid to speak your truths; do not be afraid to be who you are. Life was meant to be an abundant experience. Open your minds and discover the truth of who you are. The time of clarity is now, and with intent and purpose you can change your day to day experiences. Gain strength through resolve. In the beginning was thought. Turn your thoughts to how you wish to begin. Be the pebble within your own pond and allow your creative beauty to resonate and build a new life. Blessings. |

It's been a busy time for us, but at last, we seem to be on track for ensuring our new range of CDs are out in time for Autumn. Every day, despite our greatest of intentions, certain events unfurl which detain us from acheiving what we originally set out to do. Working from home has its advantages, but when you have two boisterous sons at home for six weeks, tidiness and time-management go out of the window. A couple of weeks ago I decided to get up early one morning and go for a walk, just to have some quiet time to myself, and be at one with nature. Now for those of you who have kids, you will understand, that when a parent decides to have some quiet time for themselves, in-built into your kids brain is an alarm, that programmes them to intercept your objectives. Well, Max's alarm awoke him to my plans, and although I had managed to creep downstairs, I found that Max was already waiting to accompany me. I didn't have the heart to say no, so off Max and I went. The weather was warm, and we walked along the riverbank. Halfway along our walk, Max looked at me quite seriously and said "Mummy, do you know... I am a virgin?" My heart stopped for a few seconds. I thought, "He's only 10, where is this leading to?" I decided to play it cool and said, "Oh, what's one of those Max?" I waited with baited breath to see what he would say. His reply was, "It's someone who's flown on a Virgin plane, isn't it?". How I kept my face straight I will never know; but the relief that Max was still my little boy flooded through me. The innocence in his comments was refreshing and humourous, but it awoke within me, the realisation that my son is growing up rapidly before my eyes. I thought about where my childhood had gone, the summer days that seemed to last an eternity. I remember as a child, we had seasons then. My mum, during particular times of the year, would pack our summer clothes into suitcases and out would come the autumn clothes, followed by the winter clothes. Living in the UK, we don't seem to have seasons anymore, just one constant grey day after another now. Whilst I was reminiscing, Dad rang to see how I was, and I mentioned to him about wondering where my youth had gone. My Dad told me that he wished he could turn back the clock. I asked him why, and he told me that, when my sister and I were kids, he felt he had to provide for us, and he did this by keeping two jobs. During the day Dad worked for British Steel, and in the evenings, Dad was on the road, with his entertainment act, playing piano. This meant he was rarely there. Dad said he felt he should have been there for us and was sorry he wasn't. His time with his children had gone, and he could never get that time back. It reminded me that, despite the kids being off for nearly five weeks now, I hadn't really spent time with them; not real quality time. It often seems easier to buy them a video game, or book to occupy their time, than remembering time with your kids is a one-time special, never to be had again. I find myself in the dilemma that, if Glenn and I don't work, we don't have any income. This means I feel guilty when I'm working, for not being with the kids, and I feel guilty if I take an hour or two off, always aware that bills are mounting up. So this week has been different. We've done things together, and I noticed the kids were much calmer, happier and content. Family time is a very sacred and important part of life. It is in the sharing and coming together that most of us are at our best. Mother Mary said to me that the phrase, 'love makes the world go round', is very true. Children learn their wisdom from their family. It is the morals, values and beliefs of the family that define the child. Perhaps we should all begin to think a little more deeply about the examples we are setting our children. Are you working so hard that you're not able to make time for your kids? Are we sending out a message to our children that we value our jobs more than them? Granted we have to earn a living, but maybe, just maybe, we have to stop for a moment and think where we are choosing to put material things before the most precious things we possess, our children. Happy holidays! If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep, If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door, If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise, If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare an extra minute or two If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day, For surely there's always tomorrow to make up for an oversight, There will always be another day to say our "I love you's", But just in case I might be wrong and today is all I get, So if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today? Selenite is a great mineral which will help you to communicate with your higher-self, the angelic realm and your spirit guides. Inspiration:- Time for a break - Sit down with a cup of tea and chill with us A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realised his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received word that his father had passed away, and that his father had willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. Whilst clearing away his fathers personal paperwork, he came across the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL. How many times do we miss abundance and blessings because they are not packaged as we expected? I've even had the place fumigated, and they won't go away." ------- Grandma and Grandpa were watching a healing service on TV. The evangelist called to all who wanted to be healed to go to their TV set, place one hand on the TV and the other hand on the body part they wanted to be healed. Grandma got up and slowly hobbled to the TV, placed her right hand on the set and her left hand on her arthritic shoulder that was causing her to have great pain. Then Grandpa got up, went to the TV, placed his right hand on the set and his left hand on his crotch. Grandma scowled at him and said, "I guess you just don't get it. The purpose of doing this is to heal the sick, not to raise the dead."

Heart Disease: Research and Medical Opinion Pomegranate contains more antioxidants than any other fruit. Pomegranate juice can contain three times the antioxidant power of green tea or red wine.
American scientists undertook a study of the effects of Pomegranate Juice on patients with heart disease. All the patients had narrowed arteries causing reduced blood flow to the heart. One group were given pomegranate juice every day, the other a similar looking and tasting placebo. After 3 months the two groups were evaluated. The pomegranate group had experienced a 17 per cent increase in blood flow to the heart. The placebo group had experienced a further 18 per cent deterioration. According to the report of the study in the American Journal of Cardiology the group that drank the pomegranate juice where therefore 35% better off than the placebo group ! The doctor from the University of California who led the study said: "The significant improvements in blood flow to the heart after only 3 months suggest that pomegranate juice may have important clinical benefits in those with coronary heart disease. Also it may help to prevent it". A doctor from the British Heart Foundation said... "Pomegranates are full of antioxidants
that brilliantly protect the heart."
Pomegranates are a great way to fill up with antioxidants. These antioxidants mop up free radicals in the body. It is these free radicals that cause the oxidation of LDL cholesterol which causes the build up of plaque in the arteries, leading to heart attacks and strokes. Scientists at the Rambam Medical Centre in Haifa have also shown that drinking a daily glass of Pomegranate Juice can reduce the risk of heart and artery disease. Pomegranate juice slowed the process that caused arteries to thicken and narrow and reduced the retention of LDL cholesterol.
