Hello and welcome to my blog!
It's nice to get validation from our angel friends, yet there are time when you wish they'd got it wrong. Breaking news is the disaster in Samoa and Indonesia; and now today (Friday) in Tonga. Earthquakes and Tsunamis; as predicted by Archangel Metatron some time ago; recorded in our books; and we know this is only the beginning. Our love and healing goes out to all survivors, their friends and relatives, affected by this current disaster.
Last night I was watching a programme we recorded from TV in which Steven Fry was travelling around the world, to get possibly a last glance at species on the verge of extinction. Whilst I was enjoying the 'nature' side of the programme, I couldn't help getting frustrated with the funding of so much expense, to save creatures which inevitably were being driven to extinction. I was thinking how the funds could sink water wells in dry areas of Africa, or provide farming education... and so on.
At this point, Jill went on to explain what she had channelled from Archangel Metatron. This was about to be one of those really frustrating experiences, where Jill, out of the blue, applies her knowledge, which she hasn't written down anywhere, or shared it with mankind.
Apparrrantly, we are, a species, whose purpose is Guardians of this planet. We are programmed to look after nature on this planet, and in return, planet Earth feeds us. We are the caretakers of the planet, yet it is mankind, invariably, who has driven so many species to extinction. Metatron told us many months ago that, as a species on planet Earth, we have already managed to drive 15,000,000 other animals, mammals, fish, plants, insects and arachnids to extinction. Wow!
I made a comment about flies, and their use, and how we didn't seem to mind swatting them. Jill said that a house fly eats the harmful bacteria around us, which left to accumulate would poison us; so a house fly has it's use; we just don't see it.
I began to understand and had a paragigm shift about saving endangered species.
So the next time a huge fly lands on the end of your nose... :)

Greetings! I am Lord Kuthumi; and I come forward upon the rays of love and wisdom to greet each and every one of you at this time. Blessings beloved ones.
Today heralds, as always, a new beginning. A new beginning to experience life as it was meant to be. In days of old, celebration was given to the times of the rising sun, for the sun was revered as the giver of life.
In days of old, time was cherished, and humans were not oblivious to the lessons Mother Earth taught her children. There is much to be said for old traditional ways, and combining them with modern day living. It is like making the perfect cake; one has to balance the ingredients, if the outcome is to be a cake of standing.
Organisation and prioritising must be at the forefront of everyone’s mind, not on the immaterial things such as what one will wear, or what one will have for lunch; but how to maximise the joy of each minute.
Have you ever thought of pre-ordering your day? If your thoughts create your reality, then harness the power of your thoughts. Take a few moments before rising and use visualisation with emotion. Think of how you wish your day to progress. It truly is that simple.
The world you live in, and the way you live your lives is now in a state of dis-array, pollution, mass population. Everything around you does not support you all in feeling peace and harmony. There are so many noises from traffic, televisions, radios, other people; that is it impossible for you to embrace peace and harmony. You don’t have time for each other. You don’t have time for your children. You don’t have time to cook, exercise, sleep, put things away, feed the dog… the list is endless. Have you ever stopped to wonder what you ‘do’ have time for?
Life for the human is a mad race, and one which everyone of you are running in; but very few stop to ask where you are running to, what you are running from, and why you are running at all.
Where in the midst of all this do you find the peace and harmony?
Beloved ones, you have to first create peace and harmony within yourselves. Meditation is the only way, in the current state of play, that you can utilise, to find inner peace.
Meditation does not mean emptying the mind, for you cannot attain this. Meditation means to focus. Focus your thoughts on one thing. Meditation is a way of developing your mind, whether you meditate upon something for spiritual growth, or meditate upon a subject to enhance knowledge, meditation is the only way to still the chattering mind, and bring calm to the mind, body and soul
When you think carefully about something, you are in essence meditating. When you are planning something, believe it or not, you are actually meditating.
If I asked you to contemplate something, you may be open to doing this. If I asked you to reflect upon something, again you would probably be receptive to this. Whatever word I use: ponder, think, contemplate, reflect, mull over, deliberate over; you all say you can do this, but when that word is changed to meditation, you seem to have an immediate programmed response of ‘I can’t meditate, I’ve tried it loads of times and it just doesn’t do anything, or work for me’.
The word of ‘meditation’, for many, initiates an automated response. Therefore if you change your attitude to the word meditation, you change your ability to meditate. Try this sometime, and you will see how easy it is to meditate. Perhaps for a week you could try a pondering session. Spend five minutes pondering what the meaning of life is. Ask questions, and see if any answers immediately spring to mind. You may find it easier to write your questions down and ponder the answer.
Whatever comes to the forefront of your mind in response, do not sensor this, just write it down. With a little practise, your pondering moments may well hold the key to enlightenment.
Finding inner peace is about learning to relax. So many of you are stretched, stressed; and this is because you place far too much significance, or attachment, to something.
Being attached to something causes depression, anxiety, physical, emotional and spiritual strains. Learn to take the emphasis off of whatever you are attached too.
If your workload is stressing you out, beloved ones, sit down, take a deep breath in, and look at all the workload that lies before you. Meditate or ponder for five minutes, upon what can be achieved relatively easily, moderately and intensely. Create a mixture of energies with your tasks.
Learn, in a spiritual sense to not have attachment to the role required, and limit the amount of time you would spend upon something that is intense. Can you see how ‘your’ expectations, or another person’s expectations are causing you anxiety. Learn to say ‘NO!’ Don’t take on more than you already have. If your relationships are stressing you out, sit and ponder on the exact cause of the stress. Is your stress because you are placing expectations on someone else? Is someone taking unfair advantage of you?
Anxiety is fear based. Anxiety arises out of assuming what is going to happen. Instead of becoming anxious, plan and prepare what is going to happen, and eliminate the stress that you are placing upon yourself.
Many of us have asked you to concentrate on where you are spending your time, and ask yourselves if your time spent is serving you, or dis-serving you. Yes, there will always be tasks that no one wants to do, but by taking pride in getting on and eliminating the obstacle, one can also feel a sense of pride.
If you do not plan your life, and choose to have peace and harmony in it, then you are all like ships on the ocean without a navigation chart. You will be buffeted one way, and then another. Yes, you may catch some fish along the way, but you will also pick up a lot of waste matter too. Would you prefer to spend your time sifting the fish from the waste? Or would you prefer to have time scooping up your fish, and move onto something much more fun?
When I speak of planning and prioritising, please don’t just think about your daily life, but your spiritual life too. When you try to control something or someone, remember that spiritually, energies are working on too many levels for you to completely dictate the outcome. Your ego often fights to control your spirit. Only by planning, and becoming the embodiment of love, forgiveness, unification, empowerment and show through your actions, service to all humanity, can you understand how to manifest and co-create correctly.
So many times in your day, spiritually, one should consider if you are being the embodiment of creation. Are you showing love and understanding to all things, or are you judging, placing expectations on others, thereby resulting in stress and anxiety within yourself.
Meditation offers you the ability to manifest, co-create and strengthen your creative capabilities. It can even serve to help your self-esteem and confidence.
So it is time, beloved ones, to gather wood and light a fire. Sit and gaze upon a fire. Just allow yourself to ponder upon the flames, mull over the multitude of colours within the fire, and watch the fluidity of movement of the flames. For by doing so, you will find, when you ask questions of the fire, the results will come from within you.

Things are certainly hotting up here at A New Belief, and I want to thank all of you personally for supporting us. Thank you for your emails letting us know how much you enjoy our newsletters. Thank you all for sharing information that you think may be of interest. I've been very busy with internet readings and the information and variety of guidance coming through is very enlightening.
We have just released our new meditation CD from Lord El Morya to help those of us who need to shift a few pounds. We are also going to be shortly releasing another six meditation CDs, including a beautiful violet ascension one from Lady Kwan Yin.
IMPORTANT ***For any of you who are contemplating purchasing any of our items for christmas presents, please note that Glenn and I will be in the USA the last 3 weeks in December to the 2nd of January, therefore, please get your orders in now, particularly if you're overseas. If you place any orders after 10th December, they will not be despatched to you until first week in January 2010.

As winter approaches we thought we'd change from crystals to alternative ways of treating health issues. Asthma - Do you suffer from Asthma?
Apparently if you take magnesium in 500 milligram supplements each day, it helps to open up your airways.
During Asthma attacks your lungs get inflamed, and this can make it harder to breathe, however, if you eat fish that is rich in omega-3 oils, three or four times a week you may well experience a reduction in lung inflammation.
Now for those of you who don't like eating fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel, contemplate flaxseed oil (3 tablespoons a day), I tend to put flaxseed oil into my fruit smoothies.
Alternatively take fish capsules daily. If you have bad Asthma, increase the dosage to 12 fish-oil capsules a day. (NB Do not take fish oil capsules is you are sensitive to Aspirin). Always check with your doctor before taking fish oil.
Did you know that Licorice is similar to steroids? Licorice is an anti-inflamatory like cortisol, apparently cortisol is a drug commonly used to control Asthma. Look for deglycyrrhizinated licorice, as other licorices can raise blood pressure. Take 20 drops of licorice in a cup of hot water, three times daily.
Diet is something that needs to be looked at too, therefore consider:-
Fish - to reduce airway inflammation
Onions, Ginger, Garlic and Cayenne which boosts your immune system and breaks down mucus which clogs the airways.
Fruit and Vegetables.
Japanese sea vegetables are extremely beneficial if you can get hold of them.
Unrefined products, nothing bleached or with additivies.
Magnesium rich foods, spinich, beetroot, beansprouts
Foods high in vitamin C
Low fat/low salt condiments. Try lemon juice, go-masio (roasted sesame seeds and sea salt), fresh herbs and spices
Take gentle exercise short and regular. |
