Hi A warm welcome to all our 482 new members since our last newsletter. We've been having a lot of trouble with our Maine Coon kitten, Raphael. He has a severe case of colitis which is a little worse than 'the runs'. It's so bad that when you pick him up, he sometimes squirts from the back end. The vet tells us that if he doesn't improve, he may have to be put down. Jill is heartbroken. "What's this got to do with spirituality?" some of you may be thinking? Well, again it's about the way we have changed, not only our own diet, but we've force-changed the diet of our pets. We feed our pets processed tinned food, that often smells so bad, it makes you wretch; and biscuits that look like rabbit droppings; and we wonder why our pets become so frail and ill. Archangel Metatron tells us that our cats should be eating live mice and small vermin and rodents. He tells us that a mouse is a complete meal for a cat. Even the skeletal structure is designed to keep the cats' teeth sharp and clean. Sort of, like a 'meal in a box'. So right now we are contemplating breeding mice. Our cats are house cats and we've chosen not to let them into the wild, for several reasons: Two of our last three cats were killed by cars on the road near by, within weeks of us moving here. When out in the fields they pick up pollen which causes allergies for us all. They also bring in ticks and are succeptible to more disease, but most of all, they would be stolen and sold on the internet. Jill and I have listened to the Archangels about diet and we've cleared out almost all processed food. We're now following a diet by 'Slimming World' where we have red and green days. Jill has made some incredibly tasty meals. We've both stuck to it since the beginning of the month and we are both losing weight. We'll keep you informed of the changes. For those of you that have read my diaries in our website, you'll know of the excrutiating pain in my left foot, I've lived with, since age ten. I was operated on to rectify a 'flat' foot, and the operation left me with such incredible daily pain. Last week, I was with an anaesthetist in x-ray who was a specialsit in digital imaging. He injected anaesthetic, coloured with a blue dye, into my left foot, in the surgery area. It showed that the bones which should have been fused in 1966, failed; in that the dye was visible between them, and they've been grinding together ever since. The surgeon (deceased) who operated on me, was called Sharrard; an extrememely arrogant, obnoxious man; (which was mirrored by the anaesthetist who happened to have worked for him in the past. He referred to Sharrard as a butcher and told me he could see that he'd butchered me. He had tremendous sympathy for what I've been through, and really wanted to help. Bottom line is that I may be in for around 8 hours surgery, to fuse my foot properly in January 2010. It will be a three month ordeal which will result in a lot less pain. In the UK, sadly there is a three-year limitation on negligence and defective surgery, which means I should have sued before the age of 13 in 1969. I still can't get my head round this, bearing in mind the pain I go through and have gone through, every day since August 1966. I'm not interested in being compensated for what's past, but compensation for being out of work for three months and ensuring mobility, would be reasonable. If anyone has any ideas on this, as to the possibilities of suing the NHS for negligence, please let me know. Please bear in mind, I've seen many specialists and GPs over the years, who've dismissed me, and it's only now that someone has proven that the surgery was a failure. My orthotist, recently asked me if I was in pain when they decided to operate back in 1966. I had no pain at all. '"That's criminal," he sighed. The anaesthetist told me that Sharard was one of the wealthiest men in Sheffield, and then it dawned on me; he was a consultant, operating in the Children's Hospital in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. Consultants get paid heavy fees for surgery. I wasn't in pain, but what better way to keep him in the manner he wished to be kept in. I was generated 'income'. Keep your light on full beam! Glenn. Energy of the month: A time of balance
April - Hold on to your hats everyone. The energy vibrations are increasing and spurring us into action. Just as we embrace Spring here in the UK; and feel more inclined to do something physical, so too will those of us who are following our spiritual calling. As you tune into the energies of April, you will begin to find your awareness becoming fine-tuned to your guides and angelic helpers. April is a time for developing a greater connection with your higher self. It is time to work more effectively on your chakras, ensuring they are balanced. The energies being transmitted to you, are to bring about a divine union, to bring about balance between your higher self and your physical self. If you wish to harness these energies, wearing colours such as red, orange and yellow, to help stimulate the lower chakra areas, will help you to feel empowered, focused and strong. April is a strong healing month; one which offers you the opportunity to forsake the lower ego and dwell within the higher consciousness. Those who are able to channel different energies, will find their experiences moving into a higher frequency, to enable you to connect to resources that exist on many levels. If you find yourself able to connect to these different levels, ensure that you use the knowledge gained in a positive and constructive manner. The purpose of April's energies is to help you to begin to create a new reality; therefore proper planning and preparation are essential keys to ensuring success during the rest of the year.

Greetings, I AM Metatron. Since the human was created, mankind has sought to unlock the mysteries of creation. The human form contains five keys. These being the physical body, the spirit, the soul, the emotional body and the mechanism that joins all these together:- the heart. To understand creation in its fullest sense, you have to learn to feed these five keys with nourishment, not with physical energies, but with spiritual energies so you can gain an understanding of the universe and your part in it. By frequently nourishing these five keys through spiritual practices, not only does it illuminate you, but you become stronger and more purified each time you pursue your spiritual goals. To become spiritual requires great humility and reverence. Genuine spiritual practices must be religiously followed by means of constant meditation. Through meditation on a regular basis, you will find so many blessings if you commit to practising this art form. We hear so many excuses, and it is time you stop with the excuses, and ask yourself if you are serious about attaining real enlightenment. It is not enough to do a little bit here and a little bit there. Visiting spiritual centres once in a while will not strengthen your connection to God, light, the one-conscious energy. The word religion is taken from the Latin word Religare. Religare means; ‘to tie or link to’ something else. Practising a religion or religiously meditating, means you are working on strengthening your ties or links to God. You cannot understand or control the inner life, unless you sit quietly and meditate. How many times have you called for spiritual assistance when you have been faced with challenges and crisis’? Yet when your prayers are answered in one way or another, you then forget about God and his helpers who have come to your aid. If you were to continually go to the aid of another, when they were in need, and then when everything in their life was alright, and they didn’t bother with you, would you think them ignorant? Would you after a while, forsake them? As the ascension process is gathering speed, it is not enough to read books, visit spiritual centres. Your soul is your link to The Creator. When you are able to connect to your own soul, you are able to identify with, and understand, what your true self and your relation to the universe, and God, really is. Man has his origin in God, and God has the ability to experience physical realities, along with the properties of relationships through man. Both in essence are one, and when the physical matter has experienced all that is required, the physical body ceases to exist. The evolution of mankind is about man rediscovering and understanding the power of light, vibration and sound. Many of you want change in the world you inhabit, but I tell you now, that no change will come, unless you begin with changing yourselves. You have to be the embodiment of peace and harmony, for peace and harmony to exist in the world. If you want to have justice and compassion in the world, it must be harboured within yourself. Whilst ever you look outside of yourself to others for change, you are a slave, and not the owner of your own soul. It is time to begin to create your spiritual foundations. As Spring in the UK, and those countries on a similar latitude, is at hand, it is time to spring clean your inner self. There are no magical potions, or rituals, that can increase your psychic abilities, or give you other powers to overcome the particular hurdles you face. You have to begin to purify the inner self, so that you can achieve enlightenment on a spiritual plane. You may say to yourself, “Why bother?” If you create a spiritual foundation built upon a genuine desire to spiritually grow, you will be able, through meditation, to know how the universe works, how light, energy, vibration, colour and sound can be utilised to bring about great healing, manifestation of abundance, and the ability to experience the many different dimensions that exist within your universe. Begin this day by learning and committing to discovering the truth about yourself. Learn not to consult with others as to what your spiritual pathway should be. It is time to view yourself as an equal amongst your fellow beings. Begin this day by learning and committing to discovering the truth about yourself. Recognise that you are not limited or dependent upon anyone else. It is time to make up your mind as to what you want your life and spiritual progress to be based upon. What virtues do you possess? What virtues do you wish to master in this lifetime? Life is not about the acquisition of power or wealth but about the acquisition of light, those who seek power or wealth will only experience illusions, disappointments and chaos. Those who seek to achieve purity of the soul will gain access to the universal knowledge and experience the ability to heal, and discover the treasures of true abundance. Blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God. If you have tried to connect with spirit and find that you are unable to, it is down to the fact that you are not disciplined in your thoughts and feelings. An untidy mind, impedes your abilities to accelerate your spiritual journey. Connecting with angels, Ascended Masters, spirit guides and other entities means passing through many layers of light. Spiritual ascension is serious work, and you cannot blame anyone else for your inability to achieve clairvoyance, clairaudience, prophesy or clairsentience skills. You also cannot heal with an untidy mind. Healing light energy needs to be able to travel unhindered, and for many of you, who label yourselves as healers, it is time to recognise you cannot heal without ‘constantly’ working on purification, and ensuring you have meditated prior to the healing session. Recognise that if healing energies have to filter through your own impurities, before filtering through the person you are trying to heal, it is akin to getting pure clear water from a bucket of clay. Once you begin to lay the foundations for your spiritual progress, daily meditation will enable you to understand the reality of all things. Yes it will take time; yes it will require you to be disciplined, but for those of you who are serious about awakening all your latent spiritual gifts, you have to begin to 'be the change' now, not tomorrow. Nothing should come between you and linking to God. It may take many hours. It may take you many years, but the only way you will achieve spiritual enlightenment, is by improving your ability to hear and listen; for without hearing, without listening, you will never understand. The voice of intuition is the voice of God, and the voice of God will be found only in the silence. If you wish to free yourself, experience abundance, fulfillment, peace and health, then I ask that you withdraw from your daily distractions, and you enter the realms of the universe. For once you access these realms; you will free yourself from distress and disease. The realms of the universe exist within and without you. If you wish your life to be different, then you have to find yourself; and begin by spring cleaning yourself. Christ said that a wise man builds his house on a rock. The rock refers to your inner-self, your thoughts, your feelings, your choices, and your ability to understand the world around you. Spiritual masters are few and far between in the physical world, and those who are true spiritual masters persevere in their path, regardless of obstacles. They are rarely heard saying, "It’s too hard. It takes too long. It is really difficult." If you are lucky enough to have access to someone who is enlightened, and they reflect the inner light I speak of; learn all you can from them. Be eager and be humble to their teachings, and when you have listened, go home and meditate on what you have heard. Discern what is true for you, and go in search of your own answers. Do not 'only' take the words or teachings of another. A spiritual master is a soul who is always active, always working on purifying their soul, and always open to learning more; and most importantly, a spiritual master is a soul who does not look to others for approval. If they need advice, they know that to find the answers to their questions, they must go within. It is a time of separation. For those of you who are genuine in your quest for spiritual enlightenment, you will begin to see those who are not, in record numbers. Therefore I say unto you, do not be disheartened and feel that what you are doing is a waste of time. For each soul who works on bringing light into themselves and Mother Earth, they are laying the foundations for a new world; one where peace, harmony and love will reign. They are the ones who will restore Mother Earth to Eden, and in time you will help light up those who have yet to be awakened to their own inner light within. May love rise in your heart with each sunrise.

Hi and a happy Easter to all of you.... Things are certainly speeding up here at A New Belief, and we appear (for now) to be getting up to speed with everything that needs doing. We have been busy recording new meditations, and adding our circle channellings to the website for those of you who are interested in listening to what we get up to in the circle meetings; including the meditations and lectures that the Ascended Masters and Archangels bring us.
(Glenn: little kitten? The vet was dumb struck when he weighed Raphael in at 9lb (4KG) at 7 months old. He weighed him twice to be certain.) It was lovely to meet so many of our subcribers at Elsecar and Ilkley Mind Body Spirit Festivals in the UK last month. Glenn and I were so busy, the time just flew by. I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone, that I am getting busier and busier with readings at the shows, so if you are looking to have a reading with me at one of the Mind, Body and Spirit festivals, to ensure you aren't disappointed, please would you pre-book by calling us on 01777 710999, or email me well before the event. One lady had travelled over 150 miles and was lucky to be fitted in. My readings start at 10.00am at half-hourly intervals, throuto 4.30pm last reading on both Saturdays and Sundays. Selenite – Named after Selene, an ancient Moon goddess, this stone can be worn during meditation, to lend energy to the body, for the purpose of connecting with the angelic realm. Selenite is said to carry the vibrational energy for reconciliation and energy. An excellet stone for meditating with Selenite is a calming crystal and it is said that if held during meditation it will help drain any negative energy from the body. Placing a large piece of Selenite in your lounge or bedroom will help balance the room's energy and promote a peaceful atmosphere. However, be careful with Selenite, as it is very brittle. Use a cleansing method that doesn't involve water, for when Selenite is left in water it dissolves. I personally bury my selenite in raw organic brown rice for 24 hours. Calling all healers, if any one of you could send my little kitten some healing, I would be very greatful. Raphael has severe colitis and despite numerous attempts to make my little baby better, I really am at a loss as to how I can help him further. If anyone has a similar problem and knows of anything that may help, please be kind enough to get in touch. My vet has told me there is nothing much further he can do; and unless we can find a diet that he can take, the prognosis long-term isn't good.
