Hello and welcome to my blog! We could do with an 8-day week with the number of things we are being asked to do by the Angelic realm at present. Jill is presently being uploaded energy, to raise the vibrational levels of her Kundalini, and is being shown how to do the same with other people. The raising of the energy levels of the Kundalini, move you nearer to ascension and to connection to the Angelic Realm. Jill has been merging with Archangel Metatron, Ascended Master Lord Kuthumi and Ascended Master Lord Melchizedek, all together once a week for the last 6 weeks at 5.15pm on a Monday evening. She has been told to adopt the title of Kundalini Master. This is not to be confused with Yoga. Jill awakens the Kundalini through energy transference with the aid of Metatron and Lord Kuthumi and Lord Melchizedek. The really good news is, because this is energy transference, it can be done from a distance. More news of this to follow. We've been given a lot of new meditations. By the end of this month we will be up to a total of around 32. We have a great 'stress relief' meditation just completed, and by the end of this week we will have a weight loss meditation completed. Add to this we have now commenced a healing meeting every month, in between our monthly inner circle meeting. If anyone is within travelling distance to want to attend these meetings regularly, please get in touch with us. I'm being asked to write more too. I'm just in the process of laying down a CD to help people raise their self-esteem, gain confidence and reshape their body, through affirmations. The really good news here, is that unlike a normal meditation CD; this can be done on the move. In a nutshell, I say an affirmation and leave a gap for you to repeat it. Repetition is the mother of all learning. After multiple times of doing this exercise, you will become the person you affirm. This can be put into a portable CD player, or be loaded onto an MP3 player, so you can walk, jog, exercise, do gardening, housekeeping, DIY, cycling; so many ways you can do this exercise, without using any more time than you normally would. No excuses. Yesterday Jill just dropped it on me that we had to sit today (Thursday). Apparently it's 9/9/09. "Meaning?" quizzed I. Jill has been informed that it is a pivotal day of further realignment of planet Earth. I asked her what this meant, and she was unsure, so she decided to trance-channel, to find out exactly. Mary Magdalene came through, and these are her words: Mary Magdalene: Greetings! I bring you news of what will be happening upon the Earth plane during the time you know to be 9 September 2009. This auspicious time heralds the end of the 8-8-8 ascension vibrational energies, which were put in place to anchor a higher light-energy on planet Earth. This meant many of you find people, experiences, possessions that no longer served a purpose being dissolved. The 9-9-9 energies now herald the new higher light of the Celestial Grid, anchoring and entering Mother Earth. This higher light-energy is known as Cosmic Fluid Love. It will awaken all of you to the strength of the Divine Feminine Energies; and this in turn, will help you hold in your inner most heart space, much stronger emotional energies.
At that point, Mary went on to tell us what would be happening at our meeting. Shall we just say that Mary, in her own words above, said that amazing portals of energy will be activated. We have been asked to keep the process secret and respect their wishes. Once again the Angelic Realm are raising the vibrational levels on planet Earth. As we approach 2012, the energy levels will continue to increase at an unprecedented rate. All you avid readers out there have a purpose in this. Your purpose is to help facilitate this change. Many people will become 'lost'. Many will become agitated. Relationships will break down. Many of you who have ended relationships will know now that it is unlikely that you can sustain a new relationship, without the new partner being spiritual too. You are there as beacons of light for people to come to, and explain what is happening. They will listen. Give them support and introduce them to this new wave of spirituality. Point them to our website and newsletter to help them understand. So if you thought you were just on the outside, looking in, on this newsletter; now you know you have a part to play too. September Energies - Mastership |

Now that the 9-9-9 activations have taken place, you will experience a shift in your polarities which will signify the Divine Feminine Energy entering into your higher self and lightbody. Your heart will begin to open so that your deeper awareness of emotion is awakened. The 9-9-9 Activations will bring mild electro-magnetic sensations to the physical body, this may well create pain in certain parts of your skeletal system. Some humans may well feel palpitations within the heart chakra, as it begins to open fully, to enable you to experience deeper levels of emotion. Do not panic, for these are merely indications that clearing and purification is taking place as you anchor more light into your body, which will in turn, accelerate your ability to shift into a higher level of consciousness. It is time to master your abilities, for the 9-9-9 activations will allow those who are ready, to enter new stargates. It is important to support your psychic and intuitive abilities at this time of awakening. When meditating, call upon the Archangelic League of the Light to accelerate the integration of your Higher Self and lightbody. For some of you, you may well experience alterations taking place within the brain area. This will affect your attention span. This is a profound shift for it indicates you are pulling in the energies of cosmic fluid love in readiness of your penultimate ascension process.

Metatron: Blessings my little one. I feel it is only right to acknowledge the dedication that you and Glenn have shown to being of service to humanity. In the long run up to 2012, we have, as you know, channelled many times, but it has often been hit and miss, or the energy and devotion required, has taken its toll. It is perhaps also important to acknowledge how you are pioneers, for you show others that by having faith in us, and our guidance, you can still manage to live in the physical realm, and in the spiritual realm, at the same time. Spirituality is not something new. It is something that has always been felt, and many times humans have asked why it is that we do not just appear, or manifest miracles to prove that we exist. In essence, for you to experience these so-called miracles, it would awaken within you all, the memories that human life is merely transient, a learning process. You would not wish to pursue and experience life, if you knew what you were missing in the spiritual realms. If one is ignorant of something, it cannot hinder your progress and tug upon your heart strings. It is amazing that so many humans claim to be spiritual, and yet, do not live and breathe spirituality. If we look upon the way you treat your brothers and sisters, along with your children: many times you forget to live through the heart, and only listen to the short programming that has been put in place to make you forget about the heart. As we begin to move towards the period known as Ascension, 2012 promises to be enlightening, but it is a consciousness enlightening. Currently your governments are pointing the blame for global warming at your feet. This is not completely true. In reality, the Sun produces solar flares, and as the intensity of the Sun builds, the strength of these solar flares are having a direct impact upon all the planets in your universe; not just Earth. What does this mean? It means between 2011 and 2012, the global warming will reach a pivotal time, whereby there will be tremors simultaneously around the world. This does not herald the end of the world, but the awakening, as more and more humans begin to realise, that life is not about how much money you have in the bank, but how it is friendships, relationships, that are important. Currently in the run up to 2012, the USA and China are working on testing and releasing several viruses. These viruses will have a widespread effect in many different countries. Therefore, as I have requested before, it is important to carry with you a survival bag. Do not drink water that you have not filtered, or cannot vouch where it is from. The reasons for these viral releases are many. Firstly to induce fear, so that you will look to the higher powers to lead you away to safety; however, until a cure is found, you will be advised by them, to stay behind closed doors, thereby controlling the possibilities of a backlash from the general public. The second, is to decrease the surplus population, and thirdly, to decrease the number of dependents upon social and health benefits. Vitamin C will be essential, along with lots of water. We have advised you of this many times, therefore please heed our guidance for the safety and welfare of yourself and loved ones. Seismic activities are now beginning to increase in the East, and already volcanoes are beginning to show signs of a possible joint multi-eruption. Although this is nothing new, be aware that the climate is changing, and as the intensity of the Sun’s solar flares affect the magnetic field-shift of Mother Earth, this will in turn impact the oceans and jet streams, resulting in extreme weather, not normally associated with the seasons, causing much human disturbance and disorder. Whilst my words may seem doom and gloom, there is a purpose in my message to you today. I ask you to validate your love for one another, and look to joining together in communities. Begin to come together and recreate villages of sharing skills and commodities. Communities based upon spiritual universal laws of love, are the foundation for survival. The reason why your world is as it is, is because you have all forgotten to connect with your spirituality, your oneness; and instead of looking to each other, you are all looking to scientific, materialistic things for answers. In your haste to advance, you are losing touch with what it is to be human. Watch nature, for it will highlight and warn you of impending changes. By focusing on togetherness, and sharing your strengths, you can bring about much change. I ask you to seriously contemplate the direction of your life, and talk amongst friends and family. Pool your resources together and create mini-communities, which in time will become larger communities, and by working in unison with Mother Earth, you will re-awaken to the joy of living, and what it means to feel fulfilled in the physical realms. Holy, Holy, Holy, be this blessed day; for it is one to behold. The magnificence of God is around you. Does it not feel good to be alive and experiencing such beauty and opportunity? Jill: That would depend on what everyone is feeling. I suppose some will be having a great time, whilst others may well be wishing they weren’t here right now. Sanat Kumara: Said like a wise woman. The ability to see duality in all things means that one is already beginning to view this wonderful experience of life, as one of polarities and balance. I commune with you today, for there is much that is not known about me, and my purpose for communing with you. As the guiding energies of the Brotherhood of Light, we acknowledge it is now time to bring further wisdom to mankind, which will enable mankind to shine more light upon the world. At one time, the Galactic Councils and God had deemed Earth a dark place; one which threatened to upset the harmonic balance. It was therefore necessary to make a decision whether Earth was to remain, or be returned back to the Creator for re-generation. It was with great regret, that Earth was destined to be removed, for there showed no signs of embracing the spiritual laws and practices to uphold the divine will of God, light, the one-conscious energy. The free will of mankind appeared to be its downfall, for instead of cultivating and creating Heaven upon earth; mankind appeared to favour destroying everything that God had created. It was at this time that I requested the opportunity to form the Brotherhood of Light, to help bring wisdom, spiritual insight, and restore light to mankind. At that time, Lucifer was also granted permission to work with other angelic hosts, to see if God’s creation of Earth could be replicated. I was given the opportunity to save Earth, and with 144 hundred chosen light beings, we took the task of re-educating mankind, and introduced spiritual gurus to lead mankind out of the darkness it had created. I have incarnated on numerous occasions, but did not acquire fame or fortune, for I chose a life of spiritual purity. I chose to share my light within my chosen community, for that way, knowledge could be passed from generation to generation, and eventually filter out into the world. My energies are most strongest in that place you refer to as Mongolia, for this is the last place on earth that has not been tainted by materialism, and still holds the energies I spent many incarnations building upon, with my light brothers and sisters. Much focus has been on the past, and humans still do not yet have the capacity to just live in the now. Therefore, it is only through past spiritual gurus, can we hope to enlighten the human race even further. The darkness of many, still means that, should we incarnate into your world once more, many still would not hear our words of truth, or value the lessons we brought to the world. Therefore, I ask that you do not dwell upon who I AM, but dwell upon the messages that I bring to you in the now. I AM the keeper of the Three Fold Flame. Together with the 144 hundred light beings, we began working to establish the Three Fold Flame of God, which represents Love, Wisdom and Power within the hearts of man. For mankind to evolve, it is important that he maintains the holy trinity of Mother and Father God, and spirit within the heart. The whole foundation of creation is the vibration of love. You must have love in your hearts, for God to reside within you. With love comes the vibration of harmony, for when you have love for all things, harmony exists. With love and harmony comes the opportunity of wisdom, for in sharing experiences, wisdom is acquired. Love is the first body of the three fold flame, Wisdom forms the second fold of the flame, and lastly the third flame is that of power. However, this power is not one that should be used over others, but the power to do God’s will. The power to lead the self and no other. All flames must be balanced within the hearts of man. The world faces many changes as vibrational changes are being brought to the Earth plane, to keep you all in balance with the universes. There are still many who believe that knowledge is power, however, without love, their world is dark and leads humanity only towards destruction. I ask that you lift up your hearts and minds. Offer yourself to your creator. I ask that you embrace the light; for beloved brothers and sisters, unless your life’s purpose is to keep the three-fold flame within your heart, there can be no light in your world. So many times as humans you seek proof. You wish to have proof God exists. You desire proof that someone is telling you the truth. You desire proof that life is worth living. You are constantly seeking proof or evidence, and for what beloved ones? Could you prove you are real? It is only through your consciousness that you exist. Life offers you a sequence of stages, and your conscious choices bring about explicit assumptions. When you, together with others, arrive at a group assumption, you take this as proof. Perhaps you should ask yourself how much verification you truly need to believe in God. God has provided you all with enough spiritual gurus to bring you the wisdom you seek, and yet you still all seem impervious to the underlying messages. Whether you experience God in the form of miracles, words deemed holy, you are still resistant to accepting God. Every time you have a negative experience, you blame God. Your cries of why a child may be born with a terminally ill disease, or why a loved one must die an agonising death, are a constant cry in the universes. They ring along the cosmic bandwidth. Energy is sent to lift your three-fold flame, and you send out energies of anger, frustration and resentment, which make you impermeable to spiritual help. Remember beloved ones, that when you carry the three-fold flame, you have the ability to understand the experiences around you. Look at your lives, and begin to be responsible. Use your third flame, the flame of power, to be accountable for yourselves. If your body is ill, then be accountable as to why you are ill. Could it be that you did not value your physical body, and should exercise to keep it strong? Has it grown fat because you have poisoned your system, with things that work to destroy your body, and not support your body. You cannot call anything that poisons your system ‘food’, for this is an insult to God. God provided you with water. God provided you with the plants, minerals and animals to sustain and keep the body in balance. Isn’t it time that you became accountable? If your life isn’t working beloved ones, it isn’t God’s fault, it is your own stupidity! Yes beloved ones, I use this word, for what is it going to take to make you embrace the life you were meant to live? For many of you, not even the face of death can make you change the pathway you are travelling upon. Many of you will have had near death experiences, be it through illness or accidents, and you still do not keep God alive in your hearts. You still do not value each moment, each essence of God. Perhaps beloved ones it is time to WAKE UP. WAKE UP BELOVED ONES AND PROCLAIM, “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY; I AM NOW READY TO EMBRACE MY THREE-FOLD FLAME, AND WORK IN ALIGNMENT WITH DIVINE WILL. I AM NOW READY TO CHANGE MY LIFE TO ONE OF JOY, LOVE, HARMONY AND PEACE.” So what is it going to take for you to change your lives? WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE? It is no good meditating, praying, chanting, developing your spiritual senses, IF you are not prepared to purify everything within your life. Will it take the death of a loved one, or your own child, to make you value those you care about? Will it take your heart to stop beating, for you to acknowledge you have not valued your physical body that God gave you to experience life with? Will it take you having to hear that, unless you lose weight, you will only live another three months, for you to sit up and begin to value yourself? Will it take you losing your home, to value what you already have, instead of what you don’t? Will it take you losing your sight, to value the beauty of the world God has provided for you? Will it take you dying, to realise you have spent your life doing things that made you unhappy, instead of doing things that bring you joy and fulfilment? It is time to be responsible for who you are. It is time beloved ones to see your life with the eyes of reality. It is time to be accountable once and for all. Time is something you do not possess. Time is a mere figment of your consciousness. STOP looking to others for your salvation and turn to God, the God within you, and you shall truly experience life as it was meant to be. Embrace the flame of wisdom beloved ones. Have the wisdom to see those things that do not support you, and make haste to remove them from your life plan. If you are surrounding yourself with people who do not support you in your quest to hold the three-fold flame, and bring its light to the world, then use the flame of power to remove yourself from their presence. You can blame anything and everyone, for why you are not fulfilled but the bottom line, the only truth is, BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHO YOU ARE. So beloved ones, if you are not happy with your relationship, then start being accountable, and change it. Do not for one precious moment deny yourself any longer. Liberate the flame of love you have for yourself. Acknowledge with the flame of wisdom, that you need to make some changes. Then, with the flame of power, take a more pro-active leadership role in making the decision whether to work things out, or take a different journey. What is it going to take for you to have the relationship you want? If you are working to live, then again beloved ones, accept the fact that you are the reason your life is mediocre. You are the reason you do not have what you want, because when it came to trying that little bit more to make your dreams come true, you sold yourself out. Perhaps you were too tired to return to education. Perhaps the quick road to material acquisition seemed the better option. STOP THIS MADNESS BELOVED ONES. WAKE UP TO THE JOYS OF LIFE. Get up; and using your three-fold flame, begin to make the changes that you want within your life. What is it going to take to make you follow your dreams? If, beloved ones, you are not happy with your appearance, your health, then it is time to be responsible for your body. GET UP, OUT OF YOUR CHAIRS, do something. Dance! Swim! Play! Walk! STOP THE IDLENESS! It is your fault you are the way you are, and no one else’s. YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE, BECAUSE YOU STOPPED CARING ABOUT YOURSELF. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR SELF-RESPECT. What is it going to take for you to start respecting yourself? YOU ‘ARE’ GOD – ‘YOU’ ARE THE CREATORS! Your world, your lives, reflect what you value and hold dear. The whole reason life is not working, and all of you are struggling, is because you are denying god. God is not the punisher. You are punishing yourselves, and this moment, the ‘now’, can change. Beloved ones, I ask you to fight for the right to live, to exist. I ask you to direct your energies to being accountable for the change you want in your world. We have said so many times before, that PEACE CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT LOVE. If you do not show love for yourself by respecting who you are, having respect and the discernment of what is good in your life, and what is not, how can you possibly have love and respect from others? Within your heart, the three-fold flame is your spark of God. If you do not honour yourself, you do not honour the God within. We give you love. We give you supporting energies. We bring you words of wisdom. We bring you strength, and yet we have to ask, “What will it take, for you to understand, feel and realise; we wish you to experience joy, fulfilment, abundance in all things?” Every atom and molecule of your being, resonates because of the love God has for you. If I appear harsh, then so be it, for beloved ones, know that if we withdrew our light at this very moment, you would indeed understand the power of God’s love, and deeply regret not valuing it. Your body is condensed light. The more light you embrace, the more pure you become. The more light you have, the more your life, and ultimately your world, will reflect the grace of God. You have all lost your way, and yet God still loves you. You have the three-fold flame within you, to help deliver you into the world of light. It is time to wipe the mists from your eyes, to wipe the darkness from your hearts and embrace the goodness of God, light, the one-conscious energy. Focus your energies towards doing good; something that supports the kingdom of God, not something that works to destroy it. If you are not experiencing joy, then it is time to ask, “What will it take for me to experience joy?” I AM Sanat Kumara, may you hold and expand your three-fold flame of God, to bring illumination to yourself and your world.

Hi everyone.... It seems no matter how much I try to get organised, there is always some spanner waiting around the corner to fly at me when least unexpected. During the break from the fairs, we were getting on top of everything and now we're back to the routine of the fairs, work is mounting up, hence again this newsletter being late. It is reassuring to have emails from some of you, who experience withdrawal symptoms and anxiety, if you get your copy late, so one of my attempts will be to try and get out perhaps another newsletter just at the end of this month. Please, don't hold me to this though, there may be a bag of spanners hiding somewhere in my house. I want to thank all of you who came to support us at Elsecar. As winter approaches we thought we'd change from crystals to alternative ways of treating health issues. If you suspect that you have a medical problem, we urge you to see your professional medical practitioner. Flu Tonic 1 8oz glass of V8 Vegetable or Tomato Juice Mix or blend all the above together. In addition to the above, take 1 cat's claw capsule and 1 Goldenseal capsule. Repeat this in the evening until the flu symptoms are gone. Other things to do when you have the flu are... Take plenty of vitamin C - 1000mg three times a day. Reduce your intake of dairy products. Dairy products increase your mucus production which will hinder your recovery speed. Drink lots of water, when you have flu your body expels water very quickly to expel toxins. Make sure you drink plenty of fresh filtered plain water. You may also like to try drinking ginger tea to improve your blood circulation thereby aiding the antibodies to circulate more quickly through your body. Finally steam inhalation will help to keep your mucus from travelling to your lungs. To a bowl of steaming water add a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil and two teaspoons of table salt. Salt is a great disinfectant for the human body. With winter comes Halloween and Christmas Parties, so plan ahead, for when you've indulged a little too much. Ayurvedic Experts often recommend that you drink one 8 oz glass of water to which you have added half the juice of 1 lime to cleanse the liver and a quarter teaspoon of sugar to help restabilise your blood sugar levels. If your stomach can't really take anything then perhaps consider opting for aromatherapy, surprising as it may seem, essential oils help more than you think. Use a few drops of Grapefruit oil to help improve your mood. If you're feeling sick, then place a drop of peppermint oil on your hand and sniff frequently. To help with headaches put one drop of marjoram oil into a teaspoon of vegetable oil and dab behind your ears.

It is not our intention to offend you, just to brighten your day.... enjoy, laugh and live life. I Created You One day, as usual, an orphan, a little girl, stood at the street corner begging for food, money or whatever she could get. Now, this girl was wearing very tattered clothes, was dirty and quite dishevelled. A well-to-do young man passed that corner without giving the girl a second look. But, when he returned to his expensive home, his happy and comfortable family, and his well-laden dinner table, his thoughts returned to the young orphan. He became very angry with God for allowing such conditions to exist. He reproached God, saying, "How can you let this happen? Why don't you do something to help this girl?" Then he heard God in the depths of his being responded by saying "I did. I created You!"
The Echo of Life A man and his son were walking in the forest. Suddenly the boy trips, and feeling a sharp pain he screams "Ahhhhhhhhh". Surprised he hears a voice coming from the mountain, "Ahhhhhhhhh!" Filled with curiosity, he screams: "Who are you?", but the only answer he receives is "Who are you?" This makes him angry, so he screams: "You are a coward!", and the voice answers "You are a coward!" He looks at his father, asking, "Dad, what is going on?" "Son," the man replies, "pay attention!" then he screams, "I admire you!". The voice answers "I admire you." The father shouts, "You are wonderful!", and the voice answers: "You are wonderful!" Then the father explains, "Son, people call this "ECHO", but in reality it is LIFE. Life always gives you back what you give out! Life is a mirror of your actions. If you want more love, give more love! If you want understanding, give understanding and respect. If you want people to be patient and respectful to you, give patience and respect! This rule of nature applies to every aspect of our lives. Your life is not a coincidence, but a mirror of your own doings."
