Blessings one and all. I AM Sanat Kumara. For many spiritual people at this time who are working upon their own personal and spiritual growth, the signs of the changes to come are becoming more apparent, and therefore I come forward to ask that you recognise the assistance we are bringing, to help planet Earth and her children, through a steep maturation period. It is so very important to understand that you are not powerless, but coming into a period where you can embrace your inner power and work towards creating heaven upon earth.

Unfortunately it is also inevitable that change and growth creates a level of discomfort, and it must be acknowledged that the ascension process, and the changes you will all experience, will not come by way of a saviour coming forth upon a fluffy cloud, or a light-being descending from the skies to help and rescue you.

The intensity of the changes affecting your planet is increasing, and this will bring about a higher consciousness that will affect you all. Already the cleansing process is taking place, and whilst you may feel secure, know that nothing is what you think it is. The only security you have, is you.

Everything else is an illusion. It is essential that you are aware of the changes taking places within the Puerto Rico trench, changes within the mid-west area of Northern America known as the New Madrid fault, and the Cascadia and the San Andreas fault lines, are all currently under great pressure, as the land mass underneath Washington and Oregon are rising to create new land mass.

The earthquakes experienced in Chili, Japan and Haiti have all experienced a release of energy which will create a warming of the oceans. Whilst it is not our intention to create panic, we ask you to give yourselves the next coming months for some serious contemplation of how you can best embrace the changes that are taking place, and be as prepared as you can, so that in the event of an earthquake, tsunami, hurricane, flood, famine, drought; you are prepared and connected with your higher selves, to enable your ability to deal with the changes taking place. If you live in these areas, is this really where you feel you need to be, or do you wish to set yourselves free of the daily fear you all face, living in these areas that are due to undergo massive changes.

It is so important to remember that when everyone is experiencing a disaster, it is not your governments that come to rescue you, but your neighbours; those people who are around you. So many times we reiterate the importance of building up your communities and becoming accountable for what happens in your local area. Once again, we ask you to look at your life, and how involved you are in your local community. For those of you who are already thinking you don’t have the time, or you don’t like your neighbours, then you need to rethink and make the time. Although your neighbours may not be spiritual, offering a helping hand, or making time to say hello, and wish them well, goes a long way to re-establishing a feeling of community spirit. Get them to think by asking them what changes they’d like to see in the local area. What do they feel is missing, and what would help them feel happier where they live.

Recognise that these changes taking place are not meant to punish you, but to guide you to awaken to your spiritual inheritance. For too long now, you have all been programmed towards greed, escapism, materialism and self-gain. You have been told that to live, means you have to struggle if you want to live. The time has come where either, you are all allowed to self-destruct yourselves and your planet, as the Atlantians did, or, that you begin to awaken and re-educate everyone around you, that those people who you have placed in a position of strength are not promoting community, spirituality, harmony and love, but hatred, greed, war and total domination.

You have all lost your way and given up your own power. Only by regaining community, creating harmony with your family members, your neighbours, can you regain full control of your lives and live in joy, abundance, peace and prosperity.

We are sad and weary for you all, for despite our guidance and words of wisdom, your plight seems a game to many of you. If you were us, would you tire of having to repeat and explain what is to come and why? Would you still be talking and trying to guide others or would you have given up?

We have said so many times that we do not want your adoration; we want you to STOP playing at spirituality. We want you STOP looking to spiritual leaders to be your salvation. We want you to STOP looking to blame others for why your life is the way it is. We want you to STOP trying to appear better than someone else.

The time has come to be the spiritual being you were meant to be, and be the change you want to see in the world in which you live. Too many of you are wrapped up in bragging about your spiritual knowledge, your spiritual experiences, who you’ve learnt from, and it is time for this to STOP.

A true spiritual being has no need of acceptance or recognition. Only if asked about their experiences, or for their thoughts do they feel the need to talk. For the next week or so, if you truly wish to embrace your spiritual side and grow, I challenge you, using a gadget you call a DictaPhone, and record yourself. Let us then listen to that recording of the day and see how much of what you spoke about, was ego based. When you have done this, then see how much of what you spoke about, was positive.

As your world is changing, the time to ‘get real’, is upon each and every one of you. We are not here to save you, you have to save yourselves. Just as those in times gone by, had to save themselves. For what challenges you, makes you strong. What you experience, you become the master of.

The time for baby talk and softly coaxing you all to awaken, is long gone. Sometimes there is a need for tough love; and this is that moment.

You are all charged with the responsibility of bringing harmony back to planet Earth and humanity. You are all charged with the responsibility of removing limitation, domination, greed and materialism from yourselves, your community, your cities, your countries and your world. You are all charged with the responsibility of developing integrity, respect and tolerance to every living thing upon your planet. For those areas that are not in balance, if balance is not restored, planet Earth will redress the imbalance in order to survive and continue, therefore, if you wish to experience natural disasters as a daily experience, continue to ignore that which you came here to do, and continue to play the dumbed-down human you have been programmed to be.

Do my words mean you are all doomed? No! You are now faced with a choice. If you are tired of fighting to live, instead of living in joy, then you can begin to change, and turn your lives around. If you don’t have the belief to do it for yourself, then do it for the sake of those children who are facing the same life sentence you are currently experiencing.

Recognise, that with the changes, not only will it have an impact upon the area, but it will also impact upon you all globally. Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and hurricanes, all affect planet earth’s seasons, which in turn affects your ability to grow food and the luxury of clean water.

Metatron has already urged you all to begin to grow your own food. With the changes, you will need to look to protecting your food crops, as the weather conditions and seasons can no longer be relied upon. If you don’t have your own land to grow food, find someone in your community who has land that they are willing to share for the purpose of growing food for the community. Look to building ‘community food growing associations’ whereby the food is shared equally amongst those who share of their time or resources growing produce. Do not be duped into believing that your supermarkets and local stores will always be there for you. There are many more major earthquakes to come, many more floods, many more extreme weather changes. It is time for you all to reclaim your power and begin the change that is long, long, long overdue.
