Keywords for April: Healing and Transformation This month, be prepared to work on healing your inner-child. It is only through healing and working with our inner-child that we can purify the emotional body. For some people, childhood experiences will hold happy, loving memories, and for many others it represent emotional, physical pain, and unhappiness. One thing that 'all' children possess though, is 'creativity'. Most children paint pictures, make up stories, and allow themselves to enter the world of their imagination. When we allow ourselves to imagine, and find ways of expressing our emotions, through some form of creative means, we are in essence, allowing our hearts to once again experience play, trust and hope. If you hold within you, deep seated emotions of pain from the past, finding something creative, will enable you to unlock the deep chambers that stop you from connecting with life and other people. This is a month for working on the heart chakra, and allowing yourself to connect with your 'real' feelings, and not what you 'think' you are feeling. This month, allow yourself to cry, for crying cleanses the soul, and makes room for new insights and beliefs to be absorbed. Learn how to shed tears of joy, as well as tears of sadness. Tears wash your soul clean, and are one of the best ways of beginning to allow healing to take place. The geometric energies that are being directed towards the earth this month, will enable you to begin clearing etheric blockages that reside within the heart chakra area. For those of you who have deep suppressed emotions, you may well find your life becoming stagnated. Feelings of insecurity, and issues with control, will rear their heads, as you are forced to face up to your inner demons. Expect legal matters, house purchases, or contracts to be delayed. As we prepare for the Ascencion process of 2012, be prepared for our bodies to become more sensitive to what we eat. As the energy levels change, our bodies are becoming more sensitive to the chemicals and processed food that we are sadly eating, as a so-called advanced species. If you're putting on weight, you may need to consider revising your diet, to include more raw foods, like fruit and vegetables, and cut back on meat, diary and processed foods. The time has never been more urgent, to get back to growing our own food, and eating organically. We are beginning a phase of embracing the new energies, so it is essential that we finish off any unfinished business, and tie up all loose ends. If you've been putting off clearing out your junk, or starting a more healthier regime, then now is the time to forge ahead and create new foundations that will support you for the coming years.

Greetings little one. It is wonderful to speak with you again. Yes, I know that you sat down to meditate and trance-channel an internet reading, but time has a way of running away, and we must maintain our communication with you, so that we can continue to help, guide, inspire, and perhaps motivate those who are calling out for assistance. At this moment in time, the planet is receiving many new energy codes, that are creating havoc with people’s emotions and belief systems. As Lord Kuthumi advised last month, Easter heralded the need to crack and break down the foundations of what used to be, in order that new civilisations and colonies could begin to formulate to create a new world. We are not quite at the stage where everyone is willing to see the benefit of recreating and rebuilding a new world, but more and more people are awakening to the quiet voice that is calling out for life to change. Firstly, it is important that we address how those in power of the world are keeping you distracted, and oblivious for the need to change. Those you have placed in power, do not want you to 'think', and so, they have integrated into your world many things to distract you from what is really happening under your noses. As you quite rightly said this morning to Glenn, the vast majority of people spend their time staring at screens, which keeps them subdued and locked away in their own little world. If you wish to re-awaken yourself, and your family, it is essential that you turn off those gadgets that isolate and separate you. Instead, consider sitting in your garden. Talk with your neighbours. Play with your children. Do all the things that you keep putting to one side. Wake up to the fact that your life has become so automated, that many people are nothing more than robots, going through the motions, and doing the same thing, day in and day out. What we are asking you to do is, to awaken to Mother Earth. Just as a dog scratches at the fleas that irritate it, so too is your planet preparing to shake and cast off that which irritates her. The earthquakes around the world will become more frequent and stronger with time. The weather will bring more rain, to help to cleanse and wash away negative energies, and the wind will bring in the winds of change. The vast differences in temperature will alert you to the fact that you cannot sleep any longer. For just like humans are entering a time of ascension and re-growth, so too is planet Earth. You will find that your bodies are changing. Many of you will be gaining weight, as you place into your energy system, fuel that does not help you embrace the new energies. Take time to realise, all those things that are being marketed at you, and I do mean ‘at’ you, are there to programme you to believe that, to be happy, you need all these things. As an exercise to prove this, if you must watch TV, count how many advertisements you are subjected too over a period of an hour, and count how many items are sold to you, that in reality, you don’t need. Pay particular attention to the word ‘need’. Teach your children to understand that, to need something, means it is a requirement to progress and sustain life. Teach your children to understand that to ‘want’ something, means to desire something, and to recognise that desire feeds the ego. To want the latest trainers, so their friends will admire them, is not a necessity, for it means their friends are with them for what they have, and not for whom they are. What I say here, is not to spread doom and gloom, but with love, to try and ask you, to please open your eyes and recognise, it is the simple things in life that bring joy and happiness. Everything you need is love, shelter, nourishment and friendship. Mother Earth offers you the ability to feed from her, for she provides you with natural foods that boost your immune system and feeds you the right energy at the right time. You have the nectar of the gods: water; to cleanse and clean your system, so it is renewed, revitalised and immune to bacteria. Thoughts create things; thoughts brought together, create new perspectives, and new ways of learning. Call upon your friends and get together, and debate how life can be improved. Consider how you can help each other out, with tasks that perhaps you are all doing separately. Begin to create your own communities. Learn to share tasks, barter services, and you will then discover that the world is not such a lonely place after all. More hands make light work, so embrace the opportunity for companionship, and make your lives easier. Life can change, but it requires one family to embrace what guidance has been offered, and begin to change the energies around them, which then filters out to others; and like the sunlight, it begins to cast a glow around the world. Sounds simple doesn’t it? It is! What could be easier than saying to someone who has children of a similar age to your own, “Would you consider baby-sitting our kids once a month, if we watch your kids once a month, so that we both have the opportunity to have an evening off from parenting?” Don’t make excuses as to why something like this wouldn’t work. Be prepared to work at it, and in time, you will discover, those who are willing to share the responsibility, and you will also be able to discern those who abuse the offer of community and sharing. Learn to interact with one another. Share your interests with each other, and you will find the connection, the feeling of belonging, and the feeling of love that perhaps is missing from within yourselves at this time. Currently, because you have allowed your families to become dysfunctional, and you have all developed a habit of isolating yourselves from one another, life and tragedy has become cheap. It is normal practice to blindly accept that another soldier has died in Afghanistan. It doesn’t register that yet another child has gone missing, or that one of your neighbour’s houses was burgled. For most of you, it is just another every day occurrence, until, that is, one day it is perhaps ‘you’ who comes home to find your house has been burgled, or it is 'your' child that is abducted; or worse still, one of your loved ones is brutally murdered. Creating communities, protects you, and helps you to take care of each other. Creating communities and coming together, helps to prevent the kind of miscommunication which leads to arguments. Embrace the energies of spring, think of this time you are being offered once again, to create beauty around you. Spring is a time for rebirth, a time of renewal and regeneration, and we ask you to consider becoming a source from which community can develop and grow. New beginnings come from acts of kindness. Give the gift of love. Share a hug. Make someone laugh. Share happiness. Give the gift of esteem by complimenting what is right, instead of what is wrong. Give someone the gift of listening, without judgements, or opinions, unless asked. Blessings.

Sit and hold a piece of rose quartz over your heart chakra, whilst watching TV. Place a large piece under your bed, where you chest normally is, to help promote healing whilst you sleep. If this isn't possible, place it at the side of your bed. You can also place a piece of washed rose quartz into a jug of water and place it in the fridge. Leave it for an hour or so, and then pour yourself a glass of water, and drink so you are internally absorbing the crystal's energies. You can keep topping up the water in the jug, as required.

I wish that I could understand women, so that I can fulfill my marriage obligations, and live a happy married life. Give me the insight know how they feel inside. Help me understand what they are thinking when they give me the silent treatment. Give me the knowledge to understand why they cry, what they mean when they say "nothing" and how I can make a woman truly happy. Help me understand what I'm supposed to say, when they say, "How do I look in this?", and give me the strength to talk when I'm expected to talk. listen when I'm expected to listen and know when to just simply listen and give them a hug. "
